Now that we know some things about the game (release date and stuff). The scuttlebutt forum while a good place has the description of talking about rumours, journalism, convention coverage and social media. Does not quite seem to be the best place to have a chat with others about known facts and what they plan to do in the game.
A general discussion section would solve that. Unless its planned to do this after the game release.
Anyway just my thoughts perhaps others will agree or perhaps not 
in some cases yeah sure but then things get out of hand and general discussions turn into general arguments. scuttlebutt is the best place to discuss rumors but this is just one guys opinion.
Scuttlebutt doesn't seem to be too strict regarding topics. Lots of "what do you want to do in Inquisition" type of threads seem to be there.
