Having trouble with my account profile

I went over to EA to the Customer Support there.  Although my profile is still screwed up here on Bioware, I was able to have all my games reinstated.

Please, PLEASE fix my account profile.  I'm sick of this.  Been going on for over 2 or 3 years.  I can't access any of the dlc I purchased, I can't update my characters.  I'm just sick to death with BioWare.

Why is this not updating properly? It's been YEARS

I'm not sure what kind of information you need to fix this.  Just let me know.

You should PM the BioWare tagged people here as they are the only ones who can help with that.

Unable to do that, or else I would have.  This was the only option I am able to utilize.

How is your account still messed up here? Do you need two accounts merged? Or?
