No, she just kills you in a cutscene.
Enjoy your non-standard game over and next time thing twice about mouthing off to a woman with a sword at your throat.
I'd be ROFL'ing if that happened.

pffft my father knows what he's talking about
Go and do some calculus, Brad.
Took that final. No more math for the rest of my life. Come at me, luvy.
I could see it happening. Cassandra is an extremely strong willed and moral person from what we've seen and its likely the inquisitor will have the option to make some really messed up, morally ambiguous at best, decisions. I'd be disappointed if she stuck around just because of the superhuman charisma of the PC.

Depends on the given context the game might portray. I could see Cassandra 'dumping' the player if there was more important matters to finish before she can pursue an honest relationship, e.g. saving the world from current events.
I could see it, it's not like you're the Champion who she comes to respect. She seems suspicious of you at the beginning anyway.
Though I wouldn't compare this to Isabela* leaving, considering she was running away >.>
I like to see everyone leave before the end and you have to complete the game on your own. Doing this will give you the trophy/achievement for "I don't need your help"
I think betraying the Chantry or being at odds about the purpose of the "Inquisition" will anger Cass greatly (I don't know.. I could imagine her having some ideals about it, since the spirit of the original Inquisition was to investigate magic and it's abuses).
I'm not sure if the game will allow you to "re-purpose" the Inquisition away from why it was created in the first place.
Gettin' real tired of being slapped around by companions in these games. As Javik would inquire "Why do you carry out their selfish demands?".
I'd like the option to send any companion to Belize. Especially those that cannot fall in line in the middle of a world ending catastrophe.
yeah, but thats not going to happen and you know it....
besides if cass wants to leave, i will hunt her down, capture her, and lock her in my basement.... if my inquisitor cant have her, no one can

Cassandra: 'Inquisitor! kill the Apostate Anders, or im going home"
Inquisitor: *Decapitates Anders* "...Now Nookie?"
Cassandra: "...Kill the Heretic!" *Random Bad Guy*
Inquisitor: *Decapitates* "Now?"
Cassandra: "not Now"
Inquisitor: "Awwwwwe..."
Thats how i see my Gameplay Going just to keep her Happy and get some.
We all know she will stalk the PC until the end credits so we might as well get used to the fact that short haired tom boy an't going to leave unless we kill her off
HERESY!....does bring to the question...if the Alliance screen shot of all the companions and followers is the Last Supper...Who's Judas?

Not Cassandra (who do not even fit into John's position, she's not close enough to Solas). The Judas is either Solas (if Cassandra is John), Cole (If Cassandra is not John) or Varric (who have the same pose as Judas).
That is if they put the Judas in the same area, it's quite possible he/she is someone else in the picture just to screw with our minds. I remember the dev talking about betrayals though, so I always expected at least one of the companion/inner circle to betray the Inquisitor at some point.
and I can see the Inquisitor betraying Cassandra, before she does the same (she comes up with the Inquisition idea).

Funny, I saw Vivienne as the type that would pull this, not Cassandra. Replace "heretic" with "maleficar" (but leaving in the request to kill Anders) and that sounds much closer to Vivienne.
On topic: I don't think Cassandra is going to be the designated "betrayer" of the game. She's got some of the biggest stake in the Inquisition and seems to be one of the truly decent LG types in the game. However, Cole, Vivienne and even Sera I've got my eye on. They seem much more shady to me. Particularly Cole, whom I really liked in Asunder but don't trust as far as I could throw him.
If she leaves, a camp dweller gets promoted to traveling companion.
I doubt that. Cass never seemed to me like a person who would stab you in the back like Morrigan, Isabella or Zevran, especially after seeing DotS.
She will most likely be one of those important companions who are crucial to the plot like Alistair was, not the mention she has army of Seekers behind her to support inquisition.
Let him leave, I don´t like that dude anyway.
Betraying and attempting to kill the only guy who can stop the ominous green tears dispensing demons all over the world is a pretty dumb move no matter who you are. I doubt Cassandra, probably the first companion to join us, is going to betray us. Maybe one of the other companions will betray us and turn out to be a double agent or something. I'unno. Sky was originally going to betray you in Jade Empire unless you got on his good side or romanced him. Maybe we'll pull the double agent fully onto our side with the power of true love.
