Let's assume that whatever it is you want to do with each faction is possible, what are your plans for the following:

Mages

Templars

Seekers

The Chantry

Orlesian Loyalist (Celene's Faction)

Orlesian Patriots (Gaspard's Faction)

Elven Rebels

Dalish Elves

Grey Wardens

I'll throw in these as well, but we don't know of any conflict happening with them:

Tevinter

Qunari

Fereldan

Antivan Crow's

Let me know if I've missed anyone and share your plans :)

This is outcome I'd like to have for different groups and areas ^^ In the game I'd like ally myself with more neutral templars and mages, also elven rebels and dalish more likely.

Mages -> Schooling system.

Templars -> Guards and police force to mages.

The Chantry -> Seperate religion from state.

Elven rebels -> Help them, equal rights for Elves.

Dalish Elves -> Let them be.

Grey Wardens -> Let them be.

Tevinter -> Destroy the current system.

Qunari -> Exterminate Qun.

Fereldan -> Alliance.

Antivan Crow's -> Let them be.

Probably a different outcome for each character I play, but my main character, as always, is going to be pro-mage.

Ideally I'd have them all ally with and serve troops to the Inquisition, but seeing as how presumably some may be exclusive I'll make a game-time decision. The only clearly exclusive faction I can think of right now may be templars vs. mages, in which case I'd favour mages.

Mages - I support their separation from the Chantry with the circles converted into schooling systems, like some others have said.

Templars - Act as a police force in case of magical crimes.

Seekers - Merged with templars, no real need for the separation.

The Chantry - They're one religion and they do not need military force. Their influence over the world needs to be marginalized.

Orlesian Loyalist (Celene's Faction) - I'll most likely support her, if she'll work with the elves.

Orlesian Patriots (Gaspard's Faction) - He'll likely end up dead.

Elven Rebels - I will support them towards as much equality as I'm able.

Dalish Elves - I hope they can be convinced to work with the city elves. Otherwise, they're on their own.

Grey Wardens - They should be allowed to continue in case of another blight. Not sure what their controversy is, so we'll have to wait and see.

Tevinter - Slavery needs to be abolished, but I can't see that happening this game.

Qunari - I will act against them in any way possible.

Fereldan - They've seemed fairly moderate, so I can't see a reason to oppose them.

Antivan Crow's - I don't have a strong opinion of them. They likely wont have a strong influence on this game.

Depends what sort of influence I will have in the game as the Inquisitor, whether I will actually have any impact in centralizing political, economical and military decisions across Thedas. Also depends on how coming events will occur and what parties will be involved and how much involvement they ultimately will have. Hopefully options like these will be present since I do have some kind of long time goal.

I am yet to decide on what to do with The Mages/Templars. It depends on what exactly they want, if they want to simply be rid of the Templars then I can accept that, if they want to remove the circle system and live among the rest of the populace I will crush them and throw them back in their towers... Personally I'd prefer A Loc Muinne situation like in the Witcher 2, give them their own isolated city to govern over and police themselves, but make it a protectorate of a more powerful nation like Orlais.

As to the Civil War, I will side with Celene get her the Imperial throne and crush Gaspard.

everything else Im yet to decide

I need to know how each faction operates at this point (goals, resources, leader characteristics, etc.) before I can decide each's fate.

Mages-kill them all

Templars-remove and replace or change so they could be more efficient.

Seekers- remove/destroy or just merge with new-anti mages as they never were more.

Chantry-destroy or kick out from political power and separate from dealing with mages also use them as tool to spread hate toward mages so my anti-mage polices could be more effective.

Orlais-burn it or at least weaken it of course after they will help me i can send them gladly to die fighting demons.

Elves- don't know now if they can help i will take them then as i said many times they would be used as cheap workers like miners.

Tevinter-Destroy but not now in future let them fight with qunari so they could weaken each other.

Qunari-as above let them fight with tev and prepare by improving technology to fight with them.

Crows-Destroy

Ferelden-Try improve and reform some things...
