Ok so I've been doing some research if you're in the States, it's not accurate but it's an extremely rough estimate of when you will be seeing your copy.
The Gamestop Online store is from Texas and we will presume that the games are in Texas as well or in a State close by. OP lives close to Texas, I will not say were but it's certainly close. Now we know for a fact that video game stores already have there's, I believe they got there's around the 20th I've heard? Now depending how you got yours shipped, which I got mine over night and I live in Delaware we can say that there is a medium chance it will arrive early but nothing is for certain.
Hopefully this will calm anyone down for now at least that has order theres from Gamestop.

If I were able to snag the game early from my local store, and get the Cerberus DLC (I've heard some whispers saying it's available now), there's no risk to my account or anything like that is there? I mean, you're not punished for playing the game earlier than you're meant to, right?
