I have no regrets even with the numerous playthroughs I have. If I mess up , and I do on occasion,  for whatever reason I fix it by doing another playthrough and avoid making the same mistake.

I regretted making peace between Quarians and Geth in ME3 and did a whole new playthrough where I did everything the same as before, only difference was I killed the Geth.

None. There are certain choices I prefer over others, but none that have made me load a previous save just to change the decision.

I thought about it, but truthfully by the time I got back to the citadel I'd already done... let me see, Benning, the big gun on Tuchanka, the turian platoon and bomb; everything but the actual genophage cure. I felt bad for the blue rose of Ilium, but there was no way I was replaying all those missions on insanity, heh. For Mordin, though... well that's a different story.

Luckily, I save often enough that I only had to replay the last battle on Tuchanka when that happened.

There were quite a few times across the trilogy that I've reloaded knowing that I'd have to replay a battle because I ended up not liking what a dialogue option turned out to be... and at least once that I reloaded again after deciding that the first dialogue I chose was better.

Normally I only reload if I die, which is happening a lot this time through. I mean, I could have reloaded an old save and gotten Charr's message, but I'd done a lot in between that point and the realization that I'd missed it... and I never miss it <_<. So I'll chalk it up to a regret this time, and get it next time.

I'm kind of picky about the things Shepard says.  If it doesn't sound in-character for them (or what I expected from the paraphrase), I just don't let it go. Sometimes I'll fix it in NG+ though, like that ninjamance issue I mentioned earlier. Replay three main missions and a ton of side missions? Might as well get that Shepard to level 60 if he has to go through the whole game again anyway.

So much regret. Sometimes I wonder what paragon would be like. Some cases I am renegade others I am paragon. Part of me has the renegade attitude but the paragon feelings. Am I conflicted or am I pathetic? Also how does everyone feel when you kill others during moral choices? In terms of role playing or personal psych.

I regret I didn't stop playing when Marauder Shields killed me.
