Yes, it's probably going to be possible.  They are humanoid and we know that the other humanoid species can reproduce with each other.  Given that we are being given the ability to play as a qunari, I don't see them limiting our ability to romance the LI's because we are qunari.  If, perhaps, there was a reason why, maybe (such as a qunari who follows the Qun), but as a Tal-Vashoth, I don't see any reason why we shouldn't be able to engage in romance.

And in all seriousness I don't see why it wouldn't be possible. I mean a human might be slightly overwhelmed by a qunari's *cough* strength, but as long as the sexual organs are mostly the same (and I see no reason why they wouldn't be) it should be perfectly possible,

I don't think it'll be a problem. If there is, however, I hope it's addressed well in-game. (Mechanical isolation, perhaps.) I'd expect a romantic relationship to be available in either case.

I hope that Qunari and Dwarf proportions don't mess up romance options in the game. I know they'd have to work in new animations for them.

Four things:

 

1.)  It's disconcerting to see your avi because it makes me think I'm responding to myself

 

2.)  Not all qunari are followers of the Qun.  A Tal-Vashoth raised away from the Qun is probably going to be very different.  Iron Bull is supposed to be pretty lively.

 

3.)  To each his/her own.  If you aren't into qunari, no worries.  It just leaves more for others.

 

4.)  Remember that we can be qunari in this game, so a qunari Inquisitor romancing Cassandra or Cullen would also fit this category.

I find them very aesthetically pleasing. But, different strokes, different folks.

BS, they're not gonna have race restrictions. They were able to easily deal with the height thing with Dwarven Wardens in DAO.
