So i have no idea where i can buy things, any help?

You mean you don't know about merchants on the Citadel and requisitions officer on the Normandy? Or you've got too many credits that you don't know what else to buy?

There is a Hanar merchant on the Presidium. There are two merchants in the Wards market district, one up (volus), one down (salarian). Dr. Michel is a merchant. There is a merchant in C-Sec academy (sells Spectre weapons). There is a merchant in the shuttle bay of the Normandy (sells Spectre weapons). There is a Hanar merchant on Noveria. There is a Salarian merchant on Feros (if you don't kill him). There are also temporary Merchants on Virmire and an Elcor on Noveria.

Anything you want to sell, go to Dr Michel.  For buying things, the Hanar on the Presidium has the best armors by late game, although the Salarian in the Wards has ok non-human armors.  C-Sec and Normandy Requisitions should get the Spectre guns after they are unlocked.

My last game I picked up a Quarian Colossus IX light armor set from the Wards's Salarian. Great piece of luck there.

Try to solve dr. michels missions as early as you can, and she will offer you a discount in all your purchases. Buy most of your supplies from her, and always sell your undesired stuff to her. Remember to always buy medigel upgrades, grenade upgrades as well as new  licenses.

The Hanar on Noveria has awesome non-human armors too, as well as good upgrades (2-3 levels above your current drops)

The Spectre Requisitions office has, I think, the best human armors for sale, if you're lucky.
