Before now I was going to play a male Qunari for my first play through, still not decided on class.

 

But now I'm pretty sure I'm going to have to go with option A

I don't know what to think about this hat, it don't fit in DA universe in my opinion. But the hair is awesome. I hope it really will be in the game.

I like both concepts, but I prefer the second. The armour looks similar to the one in the trailer, but I hope that this version is available as well.
As for the choices, I honestly hope for a mix or both (which I don't see why it shouldn't be possible. It's not like you have to make every choices based on one approach).
I wonder what exactly is the location in the first pic. It seems i the same mountains where Skyhold is located.

Oh okay my bad.  Hopefully it will be an option this time.  I'm trying to remember if there are other RPG's that had long hair options recently.  Do you remember if Skyrim had long hair as a customization option?

Anyway, it matters less if other games have done it and matters more if Bioware is willing to do it with the new technology available to them. They wouldn't do it before;I would hope that has changed now.

lol Yeah same here.  Plus I think all three times I played Skyrim I was male and bald.  I was just curious if other RPG companies had made the same decision that creating long hair in current-gen/next-gen games is just too big a hassle. While Bioware has always impressed me from a art, character development, game mechanics and story standpoint from a technical standpoint I've always felt their games left something to be desired.  This is the first game where I feel like the technology behind it might be on par with everything else.  But anyway I guess we'll see what they do when the game comes out.

Default hairstyles wasn't much longer there than in DAO. Some mods added ridiculong hairstyles though.

Other than mods, I don't think I've really seen the option to make your hair longer than your shoulders at the most.  It's really just not all that feasible in a combat game to have hair longer than your shoulders at the very most.

Some Players are completely obsessed with destroying the Chantry, generally for completely personal not-in-character reasons (or they make characters with backgrounds specifically to justify their personal dislike for the Chantry)  I am not one of them.

 

 

And since it got derailed, I am a guy with long hair and while I may look good but it's an utter pain to deal with. if I had to go into combat I'd chop it all off, and if I knew i wouldn't be able to take a bath for months I'd get rid of it just to avoid the inevitable lice.

Lots of talk about hair and that hat, i wonder how hair and helms will be treated and if the helms will change the way the hair looks like in most games (usually more or less removes a hair style completely or makes it super short) The concept art says otherwise and i really hope thats the case Either way Inquisitor will look badass

Assuming people are talking about the Chantry specifically and not other organizations, of course.

The Chantry is seriously hurt since the prologue, so we could very well make reforms for it without destroying the organization.
