I wake up.
What do you do after you have a really awful match?

For a while my response was to play QMI next round and arc nade everything.
But then I started ragequitting whenever I played him, so that didn't work anymore ![]()

I just keep playing; otherwise I'd always quit after 1 game.
Edit: OT, usually I just run w/ a kit I'm completely comfortable w/ the next game, get back to killing all the things. BatSol, QME, AssVal, things like that.

I usually just do something random, like dance.
Although I don't do it over mic, I do happen to sing a decent amount as well.

I cant remember the last time I actually got mad or frustrated with the game, its been a while. I used to get commonly frustrated with the "one button does everything" and the wrong function occur when I press A. And I also used to get really frustrated with stunlock and stagger, since it removes my player-input from having value in the game, which produces an equivalent feeling caused by Lag or Frame rate drop. Suddenly my input is meaningless... not fun.
I guess I have just gotten used to those aspects. I see them for what they are, I still dont like them, but they no longer get under my skin.
And on those occasions I dont reach extraction. I tend to take a moment and reflect on where things went wrong, how it went wrong, and what I need to do differently next time. But for the most part, I really enjoy that process of working through those mistakes. Sometimes it takes a colossal failure in order to really appreciate those times you get it perfect.

I pull out one of my top kits and wreck all enemies in the subsequent game

Rage quit before the game is over.
This is common practice for you.

Even if the matches continue to be terrible, at least I'll have coffee.

After a bad match, I'd usually just look for a new game. If the next subsequent matches are bad, I'd play Titanfall for a few rounds....of course my terribad scrubiness in Titanfall is beyond hope of recovery which then results in me rage-quitting and coming back to ME3.

Leave, find another lobby and hope I don't need my extra-large backpack this time around.

lol - if you say so ... the only "bad" games are ones where I have to carry (or at least try to) IMO ![]()
I'll quit just about any lobby where I clock up over 200k (U/U/G).

I love staying for those. Just means more for me to kill!

ask to play the same enemy/map, get the best character and revenge it....

Depends why.
If I'd landed in a game in progress -- look at who's left and how they're equipped, and make an uneducated guess as to whether a different setup of mine would have made a meaningful difference (e.g. if I'd brought a Paladin into a party full of sniper infiltrators or biotics on Hydra, that might not have been the best choice).
If the team mix seemed appropriate but the people were just utterly uncooperative or downright net-negative (trolling with the reactor, killing away from devices and causing everything to respawn closer to them, etc) then leave. Especially since I'm normally playing Silver and not banking lots of credits for it, I will not be happy if implicitly asked to spend all my gels and rockets and use upper-tier consumables trying to carry for people who are bleeding out every single round trying to light-melee everything.

I've usually no bad matches against Cerberus, so I start a Silver match and NovaGuard the innards of countless Troopers, Centurions, Nemesis, Dragoons (easy as hell!), and Phantoms. For Atlases I give them some thoughtful gifts in form of Cobra missiles.
It's surprisingly relaxing ![]()
