Billing address is just the current address of whoever is paying for the product, which in this case is you, so in your case delivery address and billing address are the same. If for instance someone was sending you the product as a gift and paying for it with their creditcard, then you'd want to put their address down as the billing address.

Now to add something more on-topic to this thread:

The SO hasn't received any emails so far regarding our 2 CE preorders from Game (UK), so fingers crossed it stays that way until 5pm today. If they still don't know of any delays by then I don't think there are any for the UK.
On that subject, still no word on what if anything we'll get for preordering. I really wanted the terminus armor, but I'm pretty sure that's out of the question. If we do get anything we'll probably get stuffed with the red power ranger armor - a real shame as I think they damn well know most people prefer the other one.

I contacted my store here in Hungary (576 Kbyte), and they said that it seems ME2 CE will ship later then the regular Ed. Though if I check my preorder it says that the delivery/release date is to be added, so maybe its not a 100%, and the e-mail said "As far as I know" (or the Hungarian equivalent), so it seems to me that the issue is not yet completely known for them either.

Ok... I called FRS. And i have bad news. They did get an message from EA games that the game is delayed. He said that EA would try to get the CE's out on the release date. But i dont really think that would happen. I then asked how long it should take when i get my copy. He thougt that if it is delayed i would probarly get it on Tuesday - Wednesday. But they didn't get an release date. However he said that if the game hasn't shipped i can call back Friday if they have more information. However i am almost sure that it is delayed and i get it around Wednesday. Oh well... I am not canceling it now and just wait the extra week. And maybe i already have it next Tuesday. That can be possible as some shops who said it would be delayed get it on the 2'th and other shops get it on the 4'th. So i think the CE is delayed in the whole of Europe. Sorry folks. But i am not happy about it either.

I called Polish gram.pl shop today. No info about any delay in CE for Poland. I will check later again. Their web page still shows 27 as shipment day

De oorspronkelijke release datum van de CE was 28/01 en die blijft
normaal gezien ongewijzigd. Dit is echter afhankelijk van de verdeler,
hij kan de release datum namelijk steeds aanpassen. De gewone editie zal
er dan weer iets vroeger zijn dan gepland.

The original release date of the CE was 01/28 and that will probably not change. This depends on the publisher, though. They could still change the release date. The standard edition, on the other hand, will be released earlier than expected.

Ik denk dat hij toch uitgesteld gaat worden. Vooral omdat jullie in België de zelfde verzie krijgen als wij hier in Nederland.(athans dat neem ik aan) Hoewel die man aan de telefoon zij dat EA (athans dat neem ik aan) Zal proberen om toch de CE op de releasedatum uit te brengen. Maar ik ben bijna zeker dat dat niet zo is.

I think it will be delated, Especcialy becouse  you guys in Belgium get the same version as the NL one(correct me if i am wrong.) However the guy on the telephone said EA(atleast that is what i think he ment) will try to get the CE out in time. But i doubt that would happen.

I went into Gamestop about an hour ago and asked the guy working there if the Xbox 360 Mass Effect 2 CE is delayed. He said it could be delayed, although I think he only read it on the internet. But anyway he said that, from the system, is still dated to be released on the 29th of January. He said he will give a call if the CE arrives.



So not even the employees know.



I'm gonna call them the Thursday before the release. This is ridiculous that the release date is so close and yet Bioware/EA have not step out and give us an official statement. This is also one of the most anticipated games coming out right now, if it turns out to be delayed all over Europe on Friday there will be a lot of angry fans.

It looks that way, though I have to wonder what reasons have publishers for screwing with biggest market potential in this world. Anyway, this CE just getting better and better - first differences in prices and content of European and North American versions, second DLC, which we payed for, is free for Xboxers and now because EA has some problems with China we´ll be delayed. Excellent.

It seems that the physical stores will have first priority on the first batch of the CE which means that the various internet stores will get them later.

Hey, thank you guys for the billing address answers...I guess there shouldn't be any problems then...The delay really sucks, yeah, I won't be able to play the game before the beginning of the semester But no way am I switching to Standard Edition...Though not as rare as the Illusive (pun intended Polish Collector's Edition of ME1 (I'm a PC gamer), it is definitely worth it imo...

Here in Holland it is also delayed. Check my post on this page. I just called FRS an hour ago.

I really hope i am getting it on the 2th then. Not on the 4th. I cant wait any longer!
