So no more digital version (which didn't exist for the 360 in the first place), only a small error left. The Icosor Sniper Rifle is DDE only (and the PC CE still mentions the OST and poster).

Oh man Now we know the artbook and comic book aren't digital, 2 days before launch when the damn thing is sold out and I ordered the regular version elsewhere. If they put this feature list up from the start, I would've pre-ordered it at Game Mania but the digital books scared me off.

I've removed Holland from the list of countries affected due to reports to the contrary. If you have evidence of why I should put Holland back on the list, post it. No official response BioWare has been posted to this day, although we have now extended this 5 star thread to 22 pages and over 540 posts.

To my fellow Finns: I've just received an answer to my query from my retailer (Puolenkuun Pelit). I asked them whether the CE would be delivered next week (Feb. 1st - 5th) or the week after next week (Feb. 8th - 12th). Their response was to tell me that they don't have any information regarding this particular question. Make of that what you will.

As for other retailers who have set a preliminary release date: Tilt (Feb. 4th), CDON.COM (Feb. 4th), Verkkokauppa.com (Feb. 4th) & VPD (Feb. 4th). These release dates aren't official, but only guesses and are subject to change depending on whether the first CE shipment will have enough copies for Finland. And this is assuming no other country gets precedence from EA's distribution.

As usual, please post any new information in this thread.

So... let me get this straight.



People PREORDER COLLECTORS EDITION GAMES, so they can play it immediately when it launches and it has extra stuff in it.



And.. some retailers havent given coders, some EU countries wont get the games for another week and the people who bought the game from the EA digital store has a 50% chance of opening it?

Considering some american players CANT cos it went through switzerland and some german players COULD.

Currently it looks like everyone in Finland has to wait exactly seven days extra for the CE if you placed your order with a domestic retailer.

Apparently folks in the UK are getting their CEs in time, congrats. I have to say though, EA should have handled this with much more delicacy instead of just clamping up like they have - there are still 10 countries affected by the delay according to the forum members here, left with no official explanation whatsoever.

And I think it's getting pretty obvious that EA also made sure BioWare didn't get a chance to answer this either.

The only purpose this thread has served is to make the list of countries affected available to everyone, that and a bit of discussion related to pre-orders in specific countries.

So wait, the NEW changed release date are only estimates!?

How long before we get a PROPER answer from someone!!?

picked up SE today at Game Mania, asked before i bought it if there where any word of the CE, guy said no..nothing.... could be delayed.. so i bougt SE to kill time with untill SE arrives.



Later this day i called them again and spote to Boss, who told me that CE wil be availible wednesday-thursday!!! ii knew that earlier, i did not bougt SE. But i cancswap it for CE when it comes out..

they said that it was miscommunication from their side........

i dont care........... i can play ME2 tonight HEHEHE!!!! and later this week i will have the CE!!!!!!

I can finally confirm about Poland gram.pl shop. They posted that tommorow 27th they will start sending out pre ordered copies of normal and CE versions. So hopefully gonna get my copy on thursday or max friday

ik heb laatst ook een bestelling bij FRS geannuleerd, toen kon ik kiezen of ik de tegoedbon wou of mijn geld terug! dus het is mogelijk maar hou wel rekening dat het een paar dagen duurt voordat het geld  terug is gestort

Do you think anyone can come up with certain CE release dates when they already slipped from the original one? It said preliminary on one of the retailers' website as well. Plus if it really was a conclusive release date, all retailers would use it. Now we have some that don't have a release date set at all, and some who have Feb. 2nd, Feb. 4th etc.

I just confirmed this for Bulgaria. The delay is up to a week they say.

How is this fair? I mean people are pirating the game and playing it for free while we, the people who bought the game cant play it even after the launch.

How could this happen? Why is there no official word from BioWare? We want to know when we will get our games. Because "maybe we will get the games in a week" simply doesnt cut it. I want to play the damn game in 2 days, not in 9.   

And then when they finally arrive, you would want us to buy your DLCs. And we will probably buy them. Sometimes life sucks!

Yeah. I don't get it really, EA wants to get rid of piracy, but then they don't put enough effort in to make sure their best games get sold on time, no matter what edition. Personally I don't pirate anything, so obviously I'll wait for another week, but make no mistake, I don't like being treated this way.

Exactly. The game was available on pirate-sites since 21 January. I fought the urge to play it one week ahead of everyone else but now I'm having my doubts. I want to support Bioware the best way I can, but this bull**** really pissed me off.
I've been constantly spoiled about the story in the forums (thank you, pirates), and now waiting for another week will be devastating. Since France-Germany-UK-Holland-Poland will get their copies in time really puts the question what is the problem with Collector Edition coppies? Is there any weight-difference between my money and the money of the other Europian contries?

No confirmation, but so far Bol.com and Free Record Shop know nothing about any delays.

EA is usually quite incompetent, but not THAT incompetent.

I sincerely hope they're kidding. If not, I think I'll try to order it somewhere else. Maybe some fellow dutchmen have any recommendations to buy it and still get it on the 29th?

I was under the assumption that the retailers had gotten a new release date and that the variations were just different practices (some announce the day THEY get it, some when they estimate YOU get it, like mine does).

Wtf... I really dont belive that. Especialy because shops are saying they will get it on time. And a whole month! A week mabye. But a month? I dont belive that. It must be some mistake. However i see that it was posted yesterday. And ik Bol.com sends an mesage today that it will come on time. I think they are mistaken. I at least hope so!
