True, but the CE for PC and the normal version of PC and X360 are all listed to be released jan 28th, so I wouldn't see why the X360 CE would be any different. Maybe it's wishful thinking on my side.. And I think the reason they removed the X360 CE version is because they reached the pre-order limit..iNixiRir wrote...

Ordered X360 CE @ bol.com in december. Haven't heard anything since. Status says it'll be sent on release date, and release date on their site is set as the 28th, so I guess they'll send it tomorrow.
Same thing. But the problem is that you don't know what the release date for the CE on the X360 is(you can't find the X360 version on the site anymore, and there isn't a release date at your statuspage).
But let's hope that their policy is that they send items on the release instead the day before.

To be honest, I have my fair share of reserves on the matter...From what I've heard, the RPG elements are almost completely watered down, and almost non-existent anymore...Some people are calling the game a tactical shooter now, even going further to compare it to Gears of War...I'm fairly worried, actually, but still, I hope things are not as serious as I imagine...I still can't wait to play it, but for now, I'm on "ME2-won't-be-up-to-par-with-ME1-imho" mode...
I am expecting it Thursday (today), or Friday at the latest...Fingers crossed for today, though...)
While waiting for me CE to arrive, I bought myself a regular copy yesterday already (we have multiple PC's anyway). I haven't gotten to far yet, but I'm not sure what people are complaining about.
Actually I do know, those who complain about the watered down RPG elements are those people who like to have 10 different stats, with 20 derived abilities and all the numbers to crunch away on. Guess what? By those standards Mass Effect 1 IS a watered down RPG. In fact back when ME1 was released people were already complaining it wasn't an RPG but a shooter.
Now, several years later people complain about the same stuff for ME2. If you're expecting stats like in Oblivion or Baldur's Gate, then simply don't buy this game. However if an RPG to you means you get to make choices that impact the game, have conversations and develop relations (friends, enemies, etc.), then this game is still very much an RPG. They just made the shooter part better.
So conclusion:
RPG = Needs a lot of stats -> Don't play this game.
RPG = Choices -> Play this game.

Every time my Inbox on Gmail says (16) my heart jumps: "Could it be!? Oh... no. Nedgame. Oh, no, Twitter."
Bah. I want Dixons!
Oh man, I'm in the same situation. I also preordered at Dixons and haven't received a mail yet. I so hope they've got enough CEs to go around..it does seem like it 'cause the damn thing is still on their site for preordering! Or maybe that just means they're lazy ass when it comes to updating their site.

Yeah,... I think their mailserver went down or something like that. Anyway,... it seems the The Netherlands is not affected by the delay. But then again,... that was somewhat confirmed already. Strange thing is though, that although some shops changed the release of the CE to February here in Europe, it looks like it's their own fault.
Of course this isn't the case, but without an official statement of EA or Bioware it really looks like it. I just can't understand why EA or Bioware doesn't take the time to inform their most trusted fans,... the people who buy the CE's. I guess they think it will all blow over,... waiting until the dust cleares and the storm is over. It would be a wise thing to just say that they fuc*ed up. Make an official statement and give something to their most trusted fans as a matter of apology or thank you.
I feel really bad for the people here in Europe and in the States who are affected by this CE delay and will probably not play the game this weekend. I hope you will all get it soon!

Kinda silly that I know a couple of people that pirated the game, and are now laughing at me for wanting to support the makers of the game...
Oh well, I could always go play at their place and copy the saves...
Absolutely. Since last night all released (10-11) DLCs can be downloaded from pirate sites. Like it wasn't enough that they can play the game since 21-January and now they can enjoy all the DLCs for free.. and most of the trusted fans (who pre-ordered the CE) keep standing like an idiots, with no idea what or when to expect. I'll get the CE only for the art and comic book, but this is my last purchase from Bioware/EA.

No more word from CDON, as expected. The delay is still on.

The Netherlands are now partially subject to the delay?
Anyway, as long as Dixons has not said otherwise (sent a message their way asking about the availability of the CE) I'm sticking with them.
