Well, Free Record Shop (in Belgium) is selling the regular edition in their stores now, but my CE did not arrive today.



Since their orders only come in on Tuesday and Thursdays, that means I have to wait until next week at least. My guess is they oversold their stock of CE's (it would explain why they suddenly pulled the CE from their online store) and now several of us will have to wait...



Well, I'm glad I drove out to another store yesterday and got myself a regular edition already, I'll keep in mind never to pre-order at FRS again.

I went into the E-plaza in Holland today and I was like... holy ****ing cow they are selling the CE at the same price as the regular edition! € 47,50! And I'm still waiting on the one from Bol.com and that cost me € 55,-!

If they don't send it today I'm gonna cancel it (second CE cancel for me) and run to the store tomorrow!

Am I missing something obvious here? I thought release date for the EU was 29th, yet I'm seeing posts talking about how it's in the shops... Is this the case for the UK too?

Depending on where you live, some stores have been selling it for 1 to 2 days now. As far as regular editions go, they are for sale everywhere in Belgium now. Pre-ordered CE is a different matter though.

I still don't have it,  and I'm really pissed. Yesterday I went to check on my local vendor (a Free Record Shop in Belgium in a town called Lokeren), the guy says that al Mass Effect 2 editions and preorders should be in the store today. I nearly ran to the shop this afternoon, but only to find out they had zero copies. The game should be available Tuesday. What the ****?! Other Free Record stores and Game Manias already have it, are selling it as we speak. I know I live in a ****hole, but this is unbelievable!

Well I couldn't wait anymore and canceled my copy at Bol.com (2nd cancel). Then I ran to the store and picked up the CE! :happy:

No pre-order bonusses for me then, but at this point I don't really care anymore. <_<

Now only hope everything works right!

I just got my CE from gamemania in Belgium.



I like the extra content better than the ugly map that came with DA:O; nice comicbook and artbook. Even the tin box looks better.



Now hoping my codes don't get screwed on registering them.

I think some people already got theirs this morning / afternoon. I personally hope to find out within the next 30 minutes orso when the SO gets home and opens the mailbox. I hope he finds 2 shiny CE's sitting inside.

Some places are selling it early. Ive literally just come back from gamestop trying to persuade my mate to sell it to me now, he said he isnt allowed but they might be able to sell it after 7pm tonight. So if you give the stores a call tonight you might be able to pick it up early.
