I got my PC CE version in the UK yesterday I had pre-ordered from Game.co.uk with standard delivery.

CE edition:

BBFC 15
USK 16
MA 15+

My CE has the PEGI 18 rating on the box. But the discs say BBFC 15.

That's really odd. Especcialy becous FRS did send the CE on time (i have it right here) So why didn' bol.com get it? It is one of the biggest webshops in Holland.

Can you give me a better alternative than asking Chris Priestly, BioWare's Community Coordinator, who has previously answered questions about things that were between customers, retailers and EA? I suppose you are also aware of the fact that many of us have asked the EA reps about the reason for the delay, and that they didn't provide an answer...?

I mean, it's obvious now that we're not going to get an answer anytime soon (if at all), but it was a logical course to pursue upon hearing the news about the delay, in a situation where my own retailer had no further information to give.

Good to hear you got it mate . Gamestop here had a load of extra copies this morning. I just played for 4 and a half hours only to discover that something had gone horribly wrong and i couldnt save at all. So have to start allover. Miranda's eyes are freakishly realistic at times .

On a related note, I think I've had that same thing happen with House M.D. season 5 dvd box, but instead of socks I got a math course book.

Free Record Shop in Belgium has some distribution problems too. I've been in two different shops so far, one of them (my local shop) had zero copies of the game, the other one in Gent (a pretty large city and thus a far bigger shop) only had the SE for xbox. Hopefully they'll get everything sorted out tuesday. It really sucks cause other shops (Gamemania, Dreamland and Mediamarkt) are selling the CE in stores since wednesday... Conclusion for us Belgians: don't preoder at Free Record Shop!



Either way, since you can't get a cash refund when cancelling orders at the FRS, but get a coupon to use in FRS, cancelling and getting the game somewhere else doesn't make much sense. You'll still be left with the coupon to spend in one of the FRS shops...

I actually had a good laugh about it, it was kind of like i was 7 years old again and only found soft christmas gifts under the tree.

Seriously though, this is getting somewhat stupid. I can wait for what seems to be next week for my CE, but the lack of answer from BW is somewhat distrupting. Considering how active they could be on the old forums.

Oh well. I'll probably forget all this ridiculous hassle when I get the game, hopefully before next weekend. <_<

I know I am. Last night I was about to order ME2 CE from UK and I live in Finland, but I calculated the risks and time, after that cancelled from there because I have existing preorder here in Finland. Talking about Xbox360 CE. Hopefully I get it by end of the next week. At least ETA for it is Feb. 4th. Who knows maybe sooner. 
Would like to hear more information how long this, delay as they call it, takes.

I think I'm going to hate the CE, before I open it. You know, principles.

I can't love something that's delayed. Especially not with 1-2 weeks. CDON doesn't over release day delivery, so 3 days after the day they ship it, I might have it in my hands.

But I won't open it. I'm going to stare angrily at it for hours, and then poke at it so it falls. Then laugh and cry at the same time. Then have lunch. Then I might play some ME1.

Then, once I'm sufficiently tired of ME1, I will open it, install and play ME2.



Or, I will just rip the CE open, install immediately, and three days later look up and say: "Whoops, I'm hungry."

As I said I cancelled my onlineshop order and went to a MediaMarkt to buy the regular edition cause I knew they had a bunch of them yesterday. But as I didn't find any I asked some employee there If they still got one and when he checked the computer I saw they also got 2 CEs.



So now I have it and can't play it this weekend cause I'm not at home, but who cares?



Really hope all you guys will get yours as soon as possible.
