I walked to Tilt game store and GOT IT!!! AND cancelled my preorder from Verkkokauppa.com since they STILL hadn't confirmed it for me!!! I'm SO boycotting them from now on and supporting Tilt instead!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Finally ! Just received it. I've been checking my mailbox like every 2 hours since yesterday, but here it is.
By the way, thanks Archmage Silvery for setting up this thread. Too bad they haven't bothered to give us a single bit of explanation. Hope you guys will get it soon.

Edit : Just opened it, the case looks awesome. I'm glad I kept waiting. Hang on !

Crap. Here I was thinking to myself that if I left this forum for a couple of days, surely there would be some news. No such luck, eh? Well, at the very least CDON sent me the preorder code on time (got it the 28th), but no sign of the CE yet.

Heck! I also ordered the CE from CDON, but have not got any codes. This is really killing my hope of playing ME2 this week. Darn, This whole CE thing is seriously messed up!

Going to get my CE sometime tomorrow afternoon (barring any further delays), though I'll have to go to the store myself - they'll ship it later in the week and I just can't wait any longer. I hope everything is in the package and nothing is missing... esp. the art book! :/

Just got answer about asking ME2 CE here in FINLAND. I pre-ordered mine from konsolinet.



tavaraa tosiaan tuli maahan kahdessa erässä. Toinen, eli pienempi erä tuli jo ja emme saaneet siitä tuotetta varastoon. Maahantuojan mukaan toinen erä piti olla heillä varastossa jo eilen, mutta ainakaan vielä ei peliä ole meidän liikkeeseen saapunut.



Translation (not perfect): Products came to country in two shipments. Another, smaller shipment which came, we didn't get any products from that shipment to our warehouse. According to importer another shipment should have been in their warehouse yesterday, but at least we haven't got any copies of the game to our store.

I got an e-mail today with 2 code's So i thought why 2? So i redeemed them and i got the Inferno armor AND the terminus gear! The Inferno armout was advertised on the site, But the Terminus gear wasn't. So i was really surprised we get both!

Got some anwers from CDON. Apparently the release date on their site (04.02.210 thursday) is the date they will be aiming at with the deliveries. So, from between the lines, it sounds like they have the CEs and will start sending them tomorrow or thusday.



Something positive at least. For a moment I had annoying feeling that I would not get CE at all.

February 2nd, Finland

Puolenkuun Pelit just answered my email, noting that their customers won't be getting any of the pre-order item codes as it currently stands. Thanks to a generous gift of a spare pre-order code by a poster in this thread though, I've personally got the Terminus Armor and Weapon.

On the matter of the CE delivery, Puolenkuun Pelit told me that they're expecting a shipment to arrive to their wholesaler "in the next few days". What that means I don't know, but it's not looking that good right now, for all I know it could be next week when I finally get my copy. That is, if the shipment is large enough to supply all pre-order customers at once.

Indeed. Although, the price of the CE has changed slightly, as has the price of the standard edition. The price on my order is that of the CE's old price, but it's listed as simply "Xbox 360 - Mass Effect 2".
It'll be interesting to see which one I get.

I would not be worried too much. I've seen much worse things on netstores. Heck! When I preordered Fallout 3 CE from one of the Finnish stores they had price of 1000€ for it 'till they had send them. Naturally it only cost about 100€ but the mistake was still quite confusing and annoying.

The current worst case scenario would probably be that we will be missing some preorder bonus codes like Silvery.

Let's just hope we all get the CE. That's the least we can do at the moment.

Got a mail from spelbutiken.se today. My order was sent yesterday (from Denmark for some reason).
No package today, hopefully tomorrow, still haven't seen any preorder codes.

That's the thing I wrote about too. They lowered the price of the standard edition to 449 DKK, but raised the price of the CE to 579 DKK from 549 DKK. My order is still listed as 549 DKK, yet the name of the product has changed from "Mass Effect 2 Collector's Edition" to simply "Mass Effect 2"(Although, that might be technical glitch because of the price change. I still have the mail confirming the purchase).

So, I've been checking my CDON account a couple of times today.  When I checked it again right now it says "Varene pakkes", meaning that my CE is somewhere in the process of being packaged for shipping. Finally!

If I'm lucky it'll be here by friday, or at the very least I hope to have it for the weekend (then again, the Gods of Postal Delivery aren't too fond of me, so it might end up staying over the weekend in the sorting center).

Coolshop has no update on my order at all, with the release date of the CE listed as February 5th. On top of this they have this little message on the front page
