I hope this delay is unconfirmed, and someone at Bioware negates/fixes it. If not, they're going to lose A LOT of sales of CE....

I don't know it anymore... I will just phone FRS tomorrow and ask if they get it on time. If they don't know or it is delayed. I will cancel my pre-order and buy the standard edition with a 2100 MSP card. So i have enough points for the DLC to come. And the stuff with is included in the CE is'nt that special. The Collectors armor is ugly imo. The Assault Rifle isn't that special. And the comic and artbook i will read once mabye 2 times. And the extra DVD is the same story.

Unfortunately it's confirmed for many European countries (see the first post). The retailers in those countries have sent out emails regarding the delay - they wouldn't do that if they didn't know for sure that they're not getting the Collector's Edition in time.

i feel ya bro, im changing it tomorrow no mather what, the only reason i wouldn't do it is if they have it in stock in their store at the moment i call otherwise im changing it to sd edition, i realy don't care anymore thanks to all this trouble we had to go trough they lost an other CE sell. all i care about now is being able to play the game,

@ Gladiator2: all legal copies of ME 2 have the Cerberus card, so no worries there.

@Solmanian: I guess it doesn't, since the problem seems to be a printing error.

No, the Digital Deluxe Edition normally isn't affected since the postphone is due some kind of printing error (only a rumor though).

No, but since I read in the official FAQ that you can only install it 5 times, it has completely lost interest for me...

Well it is sad that i get it late. But in the end, the later i get it, the sooner after i finish it will mass effect 3 be available.....Yeah i am just looking for something positive.

The hardest part for me will be waiting the extra time for the CE since I'm not inclined to switch to the SE. Personally I was thinking about sleeping a lot. About a week and a half or so.

I'm not inclined, either. I really like collector's edition box, and I would have loved to have all the extra content, but in no way I'm going to wait a week only for those.

I'm still praying that Belgium doesn't get a delayed release date, but if the **** hits the fan here as well I'm not changing my edition either. It would be a huge bummer to have to wait an extra week, but it's worth it.

Game Mania has a 7 days return service.and i'm intend to use it.
Otherwise i'm trade in my SE and am willing to pay a small price (like 10n euro's or so) for the CE

In my opinion: if u ordered ME2 early , they changed it into CE, as a bonus, for the same price as a SE. Great action!!! realy great!!! thumbs up for GM!!! :lol:

I'm pretty darn sure belgium is gonna be as ****** as any other country in europe. and im not waiting for an other week, for me its the game that counts not the stuff we get with it

This couldn't have happened at a worse time though - just before the weekend when all the community managers from EA and BioWare, Chris Priestly included, are off from work. Plenty of people asking for answers, and all I've got so far are rumors.

Arghhh... I don't know what to do. Should i cancel my pre-order? Or just wait a week longer. However i think if i cancel my pre-order and buy the SE. I am almost sure that i am going to regret it that i didn't buy the collectors edition. And if i buy the collectors edition. I also get an code for the Inferno Armor. With i dont get if i buy the SE. I now think i will just keep the CE. A week doesn't take that long. And i also get The Saboteur from a friend to borrow. So i think i will just play that meanwhile.
