BUT  if we do not know if its delayed.....we have no reason to change not?
It's a lucky strike for us, that we did notice this bad news on this forum.....
and we maybe can't change it in time becuase the SE is SOLD OUT by that time...

If CE is delayed they had to notify us a week ago, like the rest who's CE is delayed.;)

OR they  have to deliver CE on releasedate:crying:
OR  They have to find another solution, so we can play on release...

I'd keep the CE pre-order, I'll certainly keep mine. I almost missed the Dragon Age: Origins CE and I was panicking when I realized it was getting late (I had been waiting for my regular store to put it up for sale, which they didn't in the end). Fortunately I got a copy from another store when someone cancelled... long story cut short, cancel your CE pre-order and you're going to regret it in the next 5 minutes. Or I would anyway.

One thing I'm bothered with..

I know that the guys at Bioware have every right to take the weekend off from work, especially after a (no doubt) stressful period right before launch, but... you can't tell me one or two of the guys can't check the forums every few hours, or so, in their free time.

i don't realy care about getting the CE but i din't have much of a choice since GM did that action where every NE gets changed into a CE, don't get me wrong im a huge mass effect fan but i dont realy care about a artbook im gonna look in once and then never again

Aren't they doing the "Watch the NFC football game with Bioware" thing today?  They're doing a live chat with regards to that, so it's not unthinkable that some of them might check the forums during downtime.

I didn't pre-order the CE because to my knowledge no store in my city will have it.



I will, however, start looking for it next wednesday. I also managed to come across Darksiders 2 days before it's release and Mass Effect 2 is most definately worth the search.

If you're sure you're not going to want the CE later on, I'd suggest you call them tomorrow to change your CE pre-order into a Standard Edition pre-order. I guess they could run out of launch day stock of the SE though, if everyone suddenly change their pre-orders.

maybe but ill call first thing in the morning, unless they already have the CE in their store , but i don't think so.

Sure, but i found out the CE was delayed early friday morning (6 am Swedish time, thats like tursday 10 pm where BioWare's at).
They most likely knew before the weekend, and i can't understand why we haven't gotten any info at all.

Pfff, the more info I'm reading about this delay, the more confusing it gets. I guess we'll just have to find out thursday, unless we get some kind of confirmation from the stores, Bioware or EA.

If anyone else feels like expressing their concerns of this delay to the devs and Chris Priestly, please do so. I've already sent one message, and I don't want to post doubles. Individual messages could serve us getting an answer though.

They've all been online this weekend, closed down topics about piracy etc.
I guess it's more important to NOT talk about piracy than it is to shed som light on this situation. (I know I'm being hard, it's probably not up to them to officially announce or denounce a delay. Still pisses me off though!)

hate to say Archmage Silvery but the GAME have probably prioritised it's "Maiden Country" as it were, so lucky for us Brits, but very unlucky for you, sucks but that's business for you
