If a mere massage could get him talking I'd be able to make him spill his guts in about half a minute. I give wicked massages, you see.BjorntjuNL wrote...

I was going to post something, but more than being funny... it'd sound like I was soliciting you.
Instead I'm just going to say "lulz" and fake-laugh at Bjorn. HA-HA!

These forums are certainly active... there's only so much I can do to keep this thread within the first three forum pages now. Hopefully we'll get some sort of answer soon enough, even if it's just a "we're aware of the issue and looking into it".
i would hope for a bit more, becouse "where looking in to it" is not realy much help to anyone especialy if the problem has been going on for a week now. in any case send him a message to maybe he can enlighten us

Although if it is really the DDE at Game Mania then there won't be any delay.

I checked at the 9lives forum (a Belgian games website). It seems that Belgium gets the digital deluxe CE, so no worries for us about printing problems...

As far as I'm aware, the Digital Deluxe Edition is PC ONLY.
Since it doesn't involve discs in any way, and all that.

Digital deluxe aren't affected. Only collectors-in-box (in stores or pre-ordered).

theres no problem with distrabution of of mass effect 2 over here in ireland i already have my ce copy ordered.
It doesn't matter if you have it preordered, you are likely to have this issue if you're from the list of countries that appear at the first post. And maybe there are even more countries.

I think so too, but some people are saying other wise. Good grieve, ME2 has like the most confusing launch ever in game history.MelficeSilesius wrote...

The CE already has been removed from their catalog since a long time. That's because they have reached maximum amount of pre-orders they can have for the CE. It has nothing to do with the delay, so that's no reason to panicEG NeoMorph wrote...
No email from Game UK but there is no longer a Collectors Edition available on their site. Worried to say the least...

Me not. If the game doesn't arrive this week, I'll buy SE instead.
It's Bioware's loss, afterall, not mine.

According to what I've heard, Game.co.uk is sold out on the CE.
Any news about the countries mentioned on the first post?

So what's left that could cause widespread delay known more than a week before intended delivery? I'm thinking there was a malfunction and the packing machines filled the CE tins with angry spiders (spiders are always angry) or bees (usually angry) instead of game discs, and this was only recently discovered - much to the horror of the discoveree.
Just trying to be humorous, that's all - I've decided to be laid back about the delay. Won't it be hilarious if Priestly comes here and says that the delay was just a silly lie from some malicious dude at the EA distribution office?

I keep trying to think of what could possibly delay the CE. Physical differences between CE/SD: cover, tin, artbook, comic, extra dvd. I'd think that cover/tin/extra dvd are out of the question, those were probably finished a good while back. It would make sense that the artbook and comic were made some time ago too.

I am 99% sure that that is an error. I think they just used the information from the EA store. Why whould only one shop get an different version? That would be kinda strange. I am almost sure that the people who get the CE from them are getting the ''real'' CE.Pelleke wrote...
