I was just finished another run through Mass Effect a few days ago and noticed that the name of one of the unexplorable planets was Amarinthine. Isn't that the name of the place where the Dragon Age expansion takes place?
Did anybody notice this?

Yaha, it is. It means this:
- of, or related to, an imaginary flower that never fades
- unfading, everlasting or immortal
- of the colour amaranth - a shade of deep purple-red

Why does it have to be a reference? It could just be your average garden variety coincidence. *shrug*

I can imagine someone at Bioware running through a dictionary/thesaurus to find cool sounding words and names which they can use in game for locations!
But whos to complain it works well!
