I gotta be honest. I would rather get a major expansion every 5 months or so than little additions like these. But since they are already hard at work on ME 3 I doubt we'll get big expansions.
Either way, Mass Effect is like crack to me so I'll happily take an N7 mission here and there.

I would like more than DLC..
I require an entire expansion pack devoted to Garrus's adventures as Archangel in the two years between the attack on the Normandy and leading up to his arrival at Omega.

Battle for the Normandy:
DLC introduces space Combat (like squad combat, basically with different animations and you don't move the ship) as well as intruders on board, so you have to fight enemies on your own ship! Also sprinkles 5-10 random ship battle encounters throughout the game.
Conrad Verner vs The Universe
Take on the role of Conrad Verner, Spectre in deep cover, as he comes across a nefarious biotics project. Asissted by test subject Niftu Cal and hijacked traveler Shyala, Conrad saves the day yet again, with a gun in your face! Makes Conrad recruitable on Ilium, a joke character, mostly useful for saying absurdly ignorant things at every possible junction, including in combat. Two skills, incendiary rounds and "Lucky to be Alive" or similar stat. Comes pre-loyal.
