Will the 360/PS3 versions of DA:I be nerfed/inferior compared to the PC/new console versions of the game?

Well after Battlefield 4 incident, I decided I want to try and upgrade to PS4 version because I know for one thing I dont wanna run into the crap BF4 players did on PS3 version. I highly suspect same thing will happen here but its hard to say since the game originally was going to be released for PS3 and 360, next-gen versions might honestly just look like HD remake versions of the game. But I would rather not chance this insight of this knowledge because of EA being the publisher and all.

Patience is the virtue of a strong men.

Meaning: Not going to buy a console just for one game. Will wait eventually for a PS4 Slim (or whatever will be called) to be released. In my experience if you wait in the gaming sector you are going to be rewarded. I bought my PS3 only when the Slim version was released and got an improved console, will do the same with PS4. Technology is just like good wine. It gets better with time.

Next generation will have much improved draw distances, sharper resolutions and clear textures. I'd expect them to be the best version to get by a country mile. Personally I will be picking this up for Xbox One.

It's not always hesitance so much as lacking even $400 to play just the one game. For me, I just don't play a lot of games. I play the ones I have a lot...but I don't buy a large variety as I'm on a fairly limited budget. And dropping that sort of money on a console (which is my preference for gaming) to play one game...especially since I'm not too keen on having voice and motion activated crap forced on me just seems silly.

But I might...if I see a special. I got my 360 when they were doing a promotion for it and got an awesome deal.

This.

I haven't seen any other games coming out that make me want to buy them, which means for this year at least,  DAI is the only new one I'd be playing.  And I'd still need the 360 to play my old games, unless that has been fixed so you can play xbox and xbox 360 games on the new one.

I don't play on line games, unless I can play them solo like the old republic, and I have a good gaming computer with games I enjoy because of the mods, on it, so for now just don't need anything new.  Unless it's another 360 should mine die.

Now in the future if there is a FA4 or a new ME game, something else from BioWare or even something I haven't heard about yet that combines the things I enjoy, I'll see what it's going to be on and go from there.

As long as it runs smoothly I'll be fine.  I like pretty graphics, but it isn't why I play.  My main nightmare is that it will end up running all clunky on PS3.  (Hi Skyrim) But a PS4 or a new computer isn't in the cards for me at the moment, so I'll make do.  I'm just glad I'll be able to play it at launch.

Yeah, as long as it's just graphics I'll survive.  If content got cut, that would make me re-think getting the game.
