Ok I know we can customize our Sheps armor... but what about our squads?
I mean can we pick the stuff they wear and the colors? Mix and match like we can for our shep?

Nope all squad mates have their own outfits. Dev stated there will be varieties but they are only aesthetic

I also heard like today, I don't know if its true......that we can customize their color???





But, yeah they have different outfits, but WE cannot customize them.





This is honestly a reasonable change, because in real life, your commanding officer doesn't dress you!
