People throw a fit about a ton of things. It is a company's game and they have the right to sell what they want on it. Most people are getting it free anyway, they probably figured that it will be easier for people with it already on the disc.

Its the Reviewer build not the actual discs that they are using as proof. Really?

We already know they were developing Zaeed alongside the actual game and put it as a free DLC for those that buy it new. Not only that there are articles stating that the Zaeed DLC is 500 MBs, thats quite a bit of info if you assume Zaeed and his loyalty mish is on the disc. SO 500MBs just for weapons and armor,yeaaaaah....NO.

If DLC was on the disc you don't download a damn thing proof is in RE 5 and Asscreed 2.

That confirms Legion as a party member. Kasumi is maybe another DLC character? And Miranda and Jacob are likely not listed because they are your first two automatic party members.

I think not.

He says his party was composed by Miranda + Jacob and both their names weren't on the debug list. It appears those names were from party members not yet available. Plus Miranda and Jacob are forced into you.

My guess is that Kasumi is going to be another DLC character (making the her the 12th member of the Dirty Dozen) or she got scrapped from the game.

maybe this just proves that they already laid the groundworks for future DLC characters.

if this is true, then we know that DLC squad chars are limited and already defined. if not, their nice anti-piracy measure will probably turn out uneffective, as someone WILL eventually crack that content.

Kasumi is a new DLC character and Jacob and Miranda are not on the list because you start with them

It would tie in with what Bioware said around the time the game was announced, that we would recruit up to a dozen.
