This site shows ive redeemed everything, yet i cant download it ingame, so >JThayon wrote...
My downloadable content did not appear in game until I was able to "log in" from the main menu of the game. You should also have redeemed your codes and registered your game on this site too. There's now a link at the top of the redeem code page that should let you see what you have redeemed.

It might take hours, but just wait. The servers are being assaulted by tons of people, and I was in your boat until randomly, I get stuff being downloaded.

Hit windows + r and type in services.msc
Locate the Dragon Age: Origins - Content Updater and double-click it.
Push the start button and then launch the game.

I had the same problem as the OP. The whole dlc menu was empty. This is what worked for me:
Hit windows + r and type in services.msc
Locate the Dragon Age: Origins - Content Updater and double-click it.
Push the start button and then launch the game.
I don't have any such content updater when I run services.msc

I finally was able to get my downloads to work. I realized, during the installation, that the .NET framework installed improperly. To fix this, I downloaded a program that completely uninstalled and cleaned out previous installations of the NET framework, then installed the new 3.5 version from the Microsoft Support Site. Now the downloads are finally showing in my queu.

Thanks for the tip. This also worked for me. It looks like the content updater service needs to be enabled in order for the download to happen.

Edit:
Uninstalled and then reinstalled and started the updater service as per part 3.2.4 of the following thread:
http://social.biowar.../58/index/81613
and now it has my items in the downloading tab.

+1 worked for me , For vista users do as drak says, just type services.msc and exec it, then look for the service and launch it, game must be down or wont work, then relaunch the game and the contents will be there and downloading.

Specific to Steam and content keys - you can view your keys anytime: Go to My Games tab, r-click on the game and select 'view game cd key'. This should list your game cd key as well as dlc keys.
