You can sorta see her face behind the screen thing. You see a nose and two eyes but thats it. But maybe they make her freak to bring down people who think shes cute or she has four eyes or somehting to surprise us. Or shes a man.

God yes. Her face, her skin, etc. I was fine with a tasteful scene like Liara's in ME1. But I thought it cheated that after all that work and you finally get to be with her that they deny you the peak. It felt evil....

I have my own idea of what she looks like, which is stunning and beatiful, and I'm sure many others have vasty different ideas or opinions. To some, she has to look alien and exotic, to others more human and familiar.
By not showing her face, everyone is free to assume their opinion is the right one, just like their Shepard is the "real" Shepard.

That really depends upon what she looks like.
If--as we're all well aware would be the case--quarians females are nothing more than attractive, fanservice, pseudo-humans, then no. What would be the point? I know what humans look like. I know what attractive humans look like. Hell, I even know what some attractive looking humans look like naked, never mind just unmasked. Which isn't to say that I don't enjoy or appreciate attractive humans, but Tali isn't human.
On the other hand, if she has a face full of barbed tentacles that spew acid from the fluid sacs everyone assumes are breasts, and her much vaunted hips are actually waste recepticles, and she has a chitinous exo-skeleton, then sure! Let's see her.
That's an extreme example, but I'm certain you all get my point. Tali was my favourite squadmate in 'ME 1', no question. The fact that she's sealed in a suit is kinda intereseting, and while I'm certinally curious as to quarian anatomy, if, once you take the mask off, Tali's just a purple lady with glowy eyes and poor Eastern European accent, that doesn't really get me interested. I'd much rather learn about asari evolutionary biology or krogan ecology. I don't need attractive fanservice alien speices. In fact, 'Mass Effect' already has one of those. There's plenty of actual human interaction to be had, or, failing that, even more porn.
