Yes.
Mainly cause I love her.
Would you want to see Tali's face?

No, IMO not seeing her face is a good touch, it adds to the mystery

No, the mystery is part of the attraction. I don't want to lose that tension.

I would love to see her face. There are subtle clues about the looks of quarians in the game tho.
I for one got a little perplexed when grunt said: "They are all soft, humans, asari, salarians. Quarians..not so much. On turians you have to work the blade a bit i supose"
Meaning that quarians may not have soft skin or that they have some natural armor on their body i dunno..

Yes. For those people who chose to romance Tali, we want to know what she looks like under the mask. It must be good though as why would Shep smile when he took off the mask?

*Sigh.* For the love of Pete, people, read the novel Mass Effect: Ascension by Drew Karpyshyn, one of the lead writers of the games. While still remaining vague on specific details such as skin tone, hair (whether they even have any or not), and the very particular facial structure of the species, Drew establishes that Quarians resemble humans and asari. They have their own particular differences which Mr. Karpyshyn purposely leaves out, but please let it go and deal with either being disappointed by "unoriginality" or disappointed that the "fanboys/girls get their wish". Quarians, established by Drew Karpyshyn himself, like the asari and drell, are very human-like. It pays to read those books. =)
