I just did a complete playthrough but i killed wrex and fist. Do you think that its worth it to do another playthrough?
I hope im not gonna miss anything major by doing this.

Do at LEAST two playthroughs. And do everything different next time around. I think it'll really interesting to see how your decisions change the ME2 experience.
