Which Old God is it? Can we assume that it is Urthemiel, since Urthemiel is the fifth listed Old God in the codex?

Its Urthemiel, the dragon god of beauty. As stated by the dragon age wiki, I think. Its in a codex somewhere also.

Toolset also names the AD as Urthemiel. How they determine, I have no clue.

There is a codex saying something along the lines of Urthemiel was once the God of Beuty now he is beast, a shadow of his former self. I think you get it in the deep roads. I have no idea how an in game author would have come to the conclusion that it is Urthemiel considering it is supposed to take decades evn centuries of argument to agree upon each Archdemons identity. I thought that it was the developers telling you it was Urthemiel rather than a charecter.
