Well we are so close to the release of ME2 , and I was wondering which difficulty are you going to start with .... me I will start on hardcore , not so easy yet not extremely hard as I want to enjoy the game and not suffer from frustation , at least the first play through , after that well .... bring it on insanity ( tho maybe it wont be as hard as in ME1 after all theres no more inmunity spaming )

Nope, I love RPG's but I just can't play on insanity. I find Normal to be the best because for me, it's not too hard and not too easy.

did they ever confirm you can even start on insanity, as last I heard they were still debating if they were going to allow you to start your first game in that difficulty.
(I never understood their arguements or what the "debate" was all about, personally)

Start on insanity, turn it down if it just amounts to requiring massive amounts of inane lift/throw juggling.

Does this mean you can definitely start on Hardcore? Can't say I'm entirely keen on having another Vet. playthrough forced on me.

Insanity. What the hell is the point of playing a game if you're not going to play it right?
To qualify that, AI is part of the game, on lower difficulties, enemies don't have specific AI behaviors engaged, thus you aren't playing ALL there is in the game.
I plan to do Insanity on Vanguard first, so I estimate my KIA count will be somewhere in the mid hundreds. lol.

I'm starting with Hardcore, I'll try insanity later. Normal was too easy for me when playing through ME1 so I figured upping it one notch for ME2 will be just right.

Im playing on normal first as I do with all games. I wana just focus on the story and enjoy my playthrough with out getting stuck too often. I will play hardcore and insanity on other playthroughs though.
