Is it fixed yet? If not, i probably wont be playing dragon age till may since mass effect 2 comes out on monday.

It's not as far as I know. I haven't seen any downloads come across. I will be glad when they fix this though. I am putting off my rogue playthrough till my specs are re-unlocked so that I can use those points at 7 and 14. I had to put off my second spec on my warrior till level 16 I think when I finished the ashes quest-line. :-(
