Okay, I'm ready to answer the topic now. Out of Eden Prime, Artemis Tau, Feros, Noveria, Virmire and Illos I'd rank them like this:

Virmire > Noveria > Illos > Feros > Eden Prime > Artemis Tau

1. Virmire: You really can't top the drama bombs this mission drops on you.  Possibly having to kill Wrex over a Genophage cure, learning what Sovereign is, having to choose between Kaiden and Ashley, and finally coming face to face to Saren is all really engaging and makes Virmire the most iconic planet in Mass Effect to me.

2. Noveria:  Despite being the longest mission, it never stops feeling interesting. The multiple ways you can get the pass to Peak 15 encourage alot of roleplaying. The meat of the mission however is the Rachi still being alive all and under the control of Matriarch Benezia, which gets emotional if you choose to bring Wrex and Liara with you. Hearing Mother and Daughter speak to each other and arguing with Wrex over sparring or killing the Rachni highlights both character very well.

3. Illos: Basically part 1 of the endgame. The conversation with Vigil about the Reapers motives and how to stop them, as well as learning more about the Protheans is so worth listening too after everything that happens in the game.

4. Feros: Doing sidequests for the colony, honestly wanting them to get better can make one grow more attached to them, but I personally don't enjoy doing the quests too much. It's mostly a back and forth between Geth hordes and 2 locations but the Thorian and Shiala are cool, and the power of biotics is best seen by throwing stuff out of bounds. Plus you get to kill a corporate yes-man.

5.  Eden Prime: A tutorial mission, true, but a decent one that sets up the main plot quite well.

6. Artemis Tau: Nothing special. Just a slog through hordes of Geth in the Mako until you reach Liara and end on a possibly tough boss fight.

I am unable to pick one favourite, but I certainlty have ones I like less than the others.

So in order of completion, but with pointing out if I like them or not:

-Feros (One of my favourites. I always try save everyone and fix everything I can. I really enjoy doing that)
-Side missions
-Therum, grabbing Liara (Never liked this mission too much. Maybe because it's so short, and at some point it's basically about making holes in the wall)
-More side missions
-Noveria with Liara in squad (One of my favourites as well, awesome setting, Benezia and all that Rachni mess to sort out)
-All the remaining side missions
-Virmire (I really love it, big though call, "Hold the line" and all that epic stuff you still remember years later)
-Ilos and the big final (Well to be honest I was never great fan of Ilos part. Vigil was interesting for sure, but aside from that it's basically unlock the door, follow the tunnel and race with mako. I really enjoy Citadel part though, deciding council's fate and of course final fight with annoyingly jumping Saren - yay for the strong biotics then)

Out of the side missions... Hm...
I really like killing that doctor for Garrus. Feels damn good.
When I am Spacer I like this little mission of helping that poor guy who is freinds with your mom.
I also like little citadel missions like interview with Khalisah or your greatest fan Conrad.

Though... There is one thing I like the most. My favourite "mission" ever. Hunting tresher maws. And killing them on foot. Don't judge me. :P
