OK, all this talk about problems with EA and all, has got me extremely worried. I've tried to log into the Customer Service but its bugged out the wazoo, so my question is this...
If I have the receipt that i printed off the site, should that mean my order is safe? Should i be reciving the order confirmed email soon?
All this EA Store talk has got me worried.

Now that I've read the other threads on the EA store situation, I've pulled the text of what I see... didn't want to inadvertantly rub someone elses face in it.

The site has been screwy as all get out lately. That being said, their customer service number is (650) 628-1001. They open at 10am Pacific Time.

I called up to check on my order earlier. I had a 45 min wait to get someone.
Short version: orders are still in their system as "processing" meaning they haven't been assigned a tracking number yet. When they have the tracking number, people will get their email notification.
Is it possible for your order to get a tracking number soon enough to get to you on release day? Yes.
Is it likely? No, if you haven't gotten an email notice by now. That said, no matter what you should have your order by the end of next week.
