Non-crutch kit? Drell Infiltrator is DEFINITELY a crutch kit for me at least. Not that it matters in all honesty to me at least, I don't really care for Platinum that much or solos and didn't want to gimp myself to be absolutely miserable.

Let me put it this way- plat solo with something other than GT/TGI/AIU= muy impressive.

So, I solo Platinum, everyone else solos Platinum. I max my manifest, everyone else maxes their manifest. If I get flicked in the nuts with a wet towel tomorrow I'll let you guys know to go out and buy a cup.

Seriously though, that is my usual playstyle. I change it for solos though cause I am so bad at them. I wouldn't have the patience to fail too often (I almost rage quit before this one after the two 5 waves survived fails). .

I don't have the patience to play more a wave or two unaggressively, and even less patience for failing... part of the reason my one gold solo took so many tries is because I'd rage quit as soon as something went wrong "too early".

Not really. Think of it as a kit having a 4th power of decoy. I can't hit a damn thing on there, so you would still have to do everything.

I tell myself that grenades count as up to 8 headshots with a single hit. Based on the damage value, I don't think I'm lying.

On PC? I'd be lucky to get 10,000 points including what they get with killstreaks. It is that terrible for me to try to aim with like 5FPS.

I'm telling you! MQI Harrier. Best combination for low FPS. Also managed to carry gold PUGs with a drellguard because lolclusters (no really, they made me solo at least 2 waves). You can't aim, but you can definitely spam grenades!
