I'm going to have to wait to play it, they all look very interesting. Saying that, I'll probably always have varric with me.

Because I'm going to base my decision mostly on personality dynamics within the group, I need to know a bit more about the people before I commit to a setup.

 

 

That said, Warden, Dorian and Sera have piqued my interest the most so far. That might be because we know the least about them.

I tend to switch it up a lot, even if I do get a bit attached to a character. Though im thinking Cole might become a permanent party member.... But aside from him Varric and Cass will be the ones likely to be closest to a "main" member, as these are the only 2 that interest me at this point. Sera may also be switched in a lot.. her hair is cute which makes me she isn't completely hopeless. The others just don't interest me in the slightest so ill probably bring them in the beginning a bit and when they're needed and that's about it....

Cassandra-I like strong women in a physical role, she will be my tank
Iron Bull-I will set him up as a melee DPS
Solas or Mr. Stache- healer, anyone but Viv. She gives me annoyance vibes.


I'm going to be playing a rogue, so I don't really need more rogues. Otherwise Varric would be my go-to rogue companion, although I am eager to spend time with Sera and Cole too.

It seems like Cass and DHMG will be in my main party so far. If miracle happens and Cullen is companion bye bye Cass. I don't still know which rogue I'll bring along, maybe I'll keep changing it ^^

Hard to say without knowing much about the companions. I do know Vivienne will be in my party whether she's an LI or not. I also know that if not, then Cassandra will join her in my party.

 

She's my silver medal.

I don't know for sure. Depends in part on who the love interests are - I expect to keep Varric with me regardless, but if he's not a romance option I guess I'll have to bring someone else to snuggle. (The dwarf rogue who's going to be my first Inquisitor is not going to go for Cullen.)

 

Apart from that, I probably won't take Sera or Cole since two rogues is probably more than enough. Leaning towards Cassandra and Vivienne for my warrior and mage, but that could just be because we barely know anything about the rest of the companions. Iron Bull and the Grey Warden look fun, too, so Cass will have some competition.

I will likely play as a rogue elf - mere tradtion (even though qnari warrior looks appealing to me so I'm not 100% sure yet). As such, I'll bring a mage/warrior along to make up for what I lack. Warrior is likely to be Cass. Mage is likely to be Vivienne. If Cass/Viv are gay/bi and I'm romancing one (or I'm romancing an NPC like Scribbles), I will put a second warrior on my team...probably Iron Bull as an oade to Sten who I used a lot in DA:O. But if I'm romancing Sera, she would take the last spot. It just depends.
