Bad ideas usually boil down to one thing for me: will it get ya killed? And that's up to you/how you play. I don't see a problem with the build, but I'd prefer bonus power evo. And that's just prefrence; there is no "science" behind my "logic" llooll.
Just how bad is this idea?

Carnage's CD sucks balls unless you have a CD independent power to use with it to supplement your damage output. It's priming window and CD should have been tweaked as it is one of the most useless powers in the game on some of the kits that have it. As others have said it's far better on the BF3 Soldier or the KroSoldier.
