So, I have always taken the paragon "I could have helped" option when talking to Traynor for the first time before. But this time I decided to take the renegade "get over it" option. With the paragon option Traynor talks about her Cission Promark 4 toothbrush, but does not mention it if you chose the renegade option.

 

My question is: Since Shepard technically has not heard her mention the Cission Promark 4, does that change the dialogue in the Citadel DLC when Shepard chases the clone back to the Normandy?

I only know renegade you tell her you cant fire her without a hearing.something along those lines.

One way to find out is to continue with your playthrough and do the dlc as soon as it becomes available to see if it is mentioned.
