Aren't they? All spirits and demons have a hierarchy, masters and lessers. DAO sloth demon even had a whole system of his ownI think it would be cool if the demons were organized, at least in the broadest sense of the word.

Sidekick Demon: "Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaait! I haven't gone to the bathroom yet!"
But yeah, a group does sound awesome. Maybe we can befriend them and play Wicked Grace with them!
Demon 1: "Alright, we all know the stakes in this game. Three souls from Thedas gets you in, mages count as two souls." ![]()

Exactly. I'd like to see the demons in Inquisition follow that instead of the "everyone doing their own thing" that other examples have.

I guess the hierarchy is rather loose? As long as a demon is clever enough to avoid powerful ones it can do as it pleasesExactly. I'd like to see the demons in Inquisition follow that instead of the "everyone doing their own thing" that other examples have.
But yeah, we gotta learn more about the Fade and its habitants

Imshael was pretty smart. I could see him organize other demons under him.
Unless he prefers to "work" alone.

I kinda speculate that Audacity from DA2 was one of Imshael's underlings

I think you are stretching a tad, Keith. That's way too big of a coincidence.

Why didn't Imshael know that something big was coming to Thedas, he was actually told by someone else.... weird. Anyhow, I bet we will be using eluvians as teleport devices to places we cannot reach normally, like specific places in the fade, or places of power

I hope Imshael will toy with us and outsmarts the Inquisition a few times before we finally are able to defeat him.

I think Imshael isn't going to be just a boss or an antagonist for us to overcome. All he cares for are choices, choices that can have potentially disastrous consequences. I think he'll offer a choice that will be comparable to the dark ritual in terms of how split people will be over whether to take him up on his offer or not. He just seems too important to be relegated to some kind of optional boss fi-

I always thought the idea of a demonic hierarchy was bunk and that there was no large scale organization between them. There's a pecking order based on which individual demon is the strongest in a given area; a sort of feudal society, but that's about it, as far as I can tell.
On the topic of Imshael; dude's awesome. Hands down my favorite character from TME. Still probably going to kill him, but I'm hoping for much enjoyable banter before hand.

Well, Imshael IS snarky with a colorful, robust vocabulary. And I DID imagine him bald with a cool goatee...

Human man... short and balding... thin black beard...
When I first read description in the book that I thought "...Gaider?"
Gaider as a "choice spirit" seems perfectly apt, don't you think?
