If there was a gear that added health, that'd be great.

Well, here's the idea. It's not quite a health booster, but it's pretty close. It'd be a permanent gear that adds an armor bar equal to total maximum health. This would be under the shields, and be a fully regenerating armor bar due to nanomachines.

No, you would be giving a form of health regeneration superior in some ways in comparison to bloodlust. Shields can already be made to regenerate pretty fast. Slap on another regenerating damage layer and it becomes silly

Since we are at it I want a Bloodlust gear that gives me Vorcha's health regeneration, NoInstagib gear that gives  synckill immunity and FvckGeth gear that gives  100% stagger resistance.

Better yet! The FvckGeth gear transforms your 6 medigels into melgels.

Let me explain:

A melgel is a very advanced piece of Quarian technology, only available if you seduced Admiral Daro Xen vas Something on ME2 (or hack your coa.win, that works too)

When you get downed by a Geth unit, DO NOT WAIT to get revived. Use your melgel.

It will revive you, and give you a Retaliation Rocket. You have then 3 s to fire this homing-cobra for sweet, deserved revenge!

However, during your 3 second-window, you can unfortunately still get stunlocked... :(

I have one more question about that gear (I probably too late).

Could my basic human kits, that were turned into NPC to cover my back and revive me if I'm down, wear that gear?

It would just be nice to have a button that calls for the aerial bombardment we were never promised...

Nah, that would just confuse my whoring Shep. When would I fit it in between my quickie with Jack, Talimance and sleeping with Miranda, then going back to liara?

The OP is ridiculous.  But this thread did make me think that it would have been a good idea to put a health-regeneration gear in the game, like they had in ME1.  I don't mean Vorcha-level health regen, and certainly not enough to make a difference under fire.  But maybe an Uncommon gear that levels from 10-30 health regen/second from levels I-V and a Rare Gear that combines 7.5-20 health/second regen with 1-2 extra medi-gel capacity or a little extra movement speed (2-10%)?

A gear that did regen health a couple hp per second, that might be interesting on a few characters.

If Stronghold gave DR instead of some piddly shields, that might also be interesting.

We need a gear that put a big glowing neon sign that blinks PIMP above my character. I would use nothing else. Style trumps being effective.

On a serious note more thought needed to go into player durability in general.
Especially when slapping a cyclonic IV on a character is better than specing into fitness.
And the differing health values are pretty much cosmetic on every kit except the Vorcha and warlord

My Shep is like Kirk not like Picard, so that wouldn't be a problem.

So you just dropped a logic bomb on the Star Child, and it overloaded, right? :)
