Hi! I am very excited about this but cant' seem to load the module in NWN2. When I click on "Baldur's Gate Reloaded" i get the following message.

"Could not load the module: Missing custom talk table"

I couldn't  find anything by googling the error. Anybody have this issue and know of a fix?

Is custom talk table the custom tlk? However I don't know if a missing tlk would cause a not opening the module but only errors in game... Did you place the files on folders on your own or used the extract method they recommend?

When you get a message like that, something hasn't been installed correctly. At least one of the files isn't in the folder where it should be.

With that message, perhaps it's the "dialog.tlk" file, but I'm not sure. Just check the install instructions again.

Yeah it's weird.  I followed the instructions to the letter but perhaps something got corrupted during.  I'll delete the folders and attempt to run it again.

Lacking the talk table does have this effect on the game. When you downloaded the module there should have been a file ending in .tlk. Maybe it was custom.tlk but it could be anything. This file must go in your My Documents/Neverwinter Nights 2/tlk folder before you can load the module.

bgr_custom.tlk

That's the file you are missing if the error message is correct.

it should be located in : \Neverwinter Nights 2\tlk folder, either in the my doc, or main install, both works.

Thanks all!  I did a complete reinstall of the game and Reloaded files and it's now up and running perfectly.  Must've just been a glitch during the first installation.

Can't wait to play this.  Kudos to the team who created this and a giant "Thank you!!".  Baldur's Gate series is my favorite game of all time.  2nd was Planescape Torment and 3rd was Ultima Underworld.  :)
