She's already mentioned in the description of the Artificier specialization, so I'd say it's not out the realm of possibility.

I doubt that chantry could do that especially now i doubt that chantry would dictate peoples who they should sell and what not mention that they can't interfere in the matter of country not mention individual merchants.

For once, we agree. Esp in the current game, the Chantry has other concerns and it's influence is probably fractured as orders from on high will have difficulty reaching individual Chantries to spread the word even to the pious.
If you help Dagna and dont help the Chantry Dwarf, then there will be a circle in Orzammar outside of the Chantrys control. So the Chantry might go crazy and call for Exalted March. Im very interested in what will happen with Dagna and the chantry in Orzammar.
Exalted Marches at this point seem reaaallly unlikely.
