in ME2, there were AFC of character soundsets with their battle quotes. I can't find this for ME3, where are the henchmen battle quotes?

the AFC extractor. Gibbed's, unfortunately, misses a couple important files (such as the BGM for battling the Human Reaper).
but atm I'm not extracting anything, I've just browsed at the AFC files and discovered this difference between ME2 and ME3

Some sounds can be stored in pcc files as well (in the SoundBanks. However, as far as I know, these are just effects, not VO. Nonetheless, you could try to look through the character's LOC_INT.pcc files to make sure.

in me3explorer is a tool under devtools/dialog/wwisebank_viewer that can (contrary to its name) extract the sounds from wwisebanks, but you have to convert them to be able to play them, I guess
