You guys know...IGN did list ME1 as the best 360 game ever...over GTAIV, Bioshock and fallout 3. And ME2 is now the 4th highest reviewed X360 game on IGN...naturally putting it ahead of ME1. Sounds likea  whole bag of good to me.

Review site have just gotten ****ing lazy with reviews, and they just copy and paste which ever one they do first, in this case PC and make references to the other system where needed.

I seriously doubt any of IGN's reviews...most of those guys are like 25 years old with little to no experience in anything beyond playing games. Not to say that the review isn't a good sign, nor that I wasn't expecting a 9.0+



Just found out my EB Games/Gamestop doesn't have a midnight sale on the 26th...I have to wait until 1 PM or so now since I have a test that day. This sucks.

I believe Eric Brudvig did mention that the game crashes don't happen too much that it can ruin your experience. But you never know. I can't even remember how many times ME1 froze on me that I forgot to turn on autosave and I had to start at the beginning of the level.

I think he meant that the game refers to the prequel far too often for a newcomer to enjoy it.  I don't understand why someone would buy the second game without playing the first, especially in an RPG where story is the main focus.  Did that guy expect the game to not follow the same story as the first game or something?

Ummm, no.  IGN heavily favors the Xbox 360 over the PS3, as does most other websites.  People like Greg Miller need to fight to keep the PS3 alive on IGN.

that's because the PS3 is an inferior console....lensoftruth.com if you need proof. Also look how Bayonetta has 2 different reviews simply because the PS3 has so many technical problems.

IGN dosnet favor the X box, ps3 fanboys just cant handel any one beign postive about the 360

Man, why do people think certain sites are out to get a certain game consoles.  The reviewers don't sit in a dark room twerling their mustaches and thinking about ways to undermine certain billion dollar companies.

If it makes you guys feel any better: Mass Effect 2's 360 score is on par with GTA IV's at Metacritic: 98/100



That's only temporary, though. It could go up or down.

I think... the game deserves a 10 out of 10 in all web sites because its a bioware game and because martin sheens voice is in it and because i havent played it and trust bioware so much with games that am saying it should get a 10 without ever having played it!
