I would love huge corns for my eventual Qunari inquisitor. Also scars for her face and the qunaris cool white braided hair.
Scars, Horns, Hair and other features you want to see in DA:I's character creation.

Long hair for men. Actually, the same hair for both genders, whether long, short, braided, whatever. As so many people have already said before me, see Dragon's Dogma.

As far as tattoo's go, I'd love both tattoo's and warpaints, like the Picts or Native Americans would do.
Allow the option to select the tattoo/paint design and then let the user have the ability to move the decal around wherever they want to place it on their character along with the ability to resize/shape it (IE flip the image, turn it, make it bigger or smaller, etc).
That amount of freedom regarding tattoos etc. seems to go hand in hand with the ability to customize your body (at least I can't think of any game that did the former but not the latter), so I wouldn't hold my breath.
And this thread reminded me that I really, really, really finally want to know which of the vallaslin designs corresponds to which deity.

More face tattoos and I would like scars. I'm a fan of more subtle scars so like small ones over the eye or cheek. Also, give me the mini-afro!!!! And the natural waves!
Someone finally gets it, no more fugly cornrows, this is all I want

I feel yo bro. It was either ugly ass cornrows or a messed up low fade. These options would be a lot better.

Beards for female dwarves? Not really, I understand dwarven women don't have beards in this setting, still, would have been amusing.

A wide range of skin colors that look good. (A lot of "ethnic" skin colors look terrible.)
Options for non-Caucasian facial features.
Decently done age textures/morphs. (For females, most games have cute teenager, angry/constipated middle ager, and hideous crone.)
Glasses - that would look great on a mage and very unique on a warrior.
Body height/width - I'd like to have a tall beanpole of a thief, or a short, pug mage. Even just being able to adjust the X/Y/Z scale of the character a bit would be okay.

Spoiler
Im hoping in a game called DRAGON age that we can have burn scars, it would add a lot to the whole role paying aspect.

Yeah. It makes sense that those would exist in a world where there is more fire.

Seeing as how "setting people on fire" is like the go to for mages, you'd think burns would be a very common injury.

I definitely want more diverse hair options for females. I played Mass Effect and Dragon Age wishing there was better female hair.
I would love to have an eyebrow scar and maybe an across the bridge of the nose scar(mirroring the blood rubbed across the bridge of the nose in DA:2)
Other facial features: moles, more diverse facial options and makeup options, cooler more unique hair colors, and TATTOOS!

I would kind of like to see body tattoos that matched the face tattoos (but that would be rather limiting as far as options go, and I don't want that to be forced on folks). I always imagined the Dalish with flowy vine/leaf tattoos on their arms, legs, chest, and back.
I think freckles would be wonderful (freckles on a naieve Qunari Quizzy? D'aww!!), and I could see them being included in blush.
Scars, I think, are definitely going in. If so many NPCs have them, it would be odd for our character to not have any.
And, finally, I would love more natural-looking PoC skin colors and hairs. I wanted to roll a PoC Hawke recently, and I saw that purple dark skin and said, "Oh.... my." Fortunately, I think Vivienne has given reassurance on at least the quality of the skin color. Yay!

Piercings would be pretty cool, but likely won't be implemented. Even though we've had several companions who have worn jewelery, I feel that would be kind of a weird implementation if they had different styles for them with no "effects."

I do NOT want freckles if they're on the same slider as the blush. That is always annoying as hell in games

Hopefully, but in ME2 Jacob looked awesome and Shepard's skin looked flat, dull, and one dimensional. ![]()

ME had horrible, inhuman skintones for Shepard, while the NPCs got great ones. I tracked down mods to allow use of Ashley and Kaidan's skintone, which makes your character look like a person as opposed to a someone covered in a low quality polymer that was lying around in the Illusive Man's trunk.

Thought my Shepard was fine in all 3 games especially ME3, must have been a PC only problem then

Scars are necessary, but an option to make them more or less prominent would be a welcome addition. One personal addition that I would like to see are glasses or masks of some kind.

Oooh! I want
- varying qunari horn size that goes from really tiny to enormous arishok-horns
- lots of short hairstyles with braids, i want braids in beards too
- dreadocks
- shaved hairstyles like so :

(but minues the undercut)
- freckles
- burn scars zuko-style, cut scars, maybe tattered ears (would look good on a rouge elf mmhh) etc
- piercings and earrings
- flesh tunnel earrings like these (i don't know but it has this... traditional vibe for me... I would find these really fitting for a Dalish elf or something...)

I am more or less neutral to long hair, but personally I'd find it really annyoing during battle. Then again, it's just a game so...
