Conversation action: Unequip/Requip ga_ scripts

Greetings to all,

 

I'm having a spot of trouble with the cutscene ga_ scripts which handle the unequip-remember-items and re-equip-remembered-items scripts. The particular issue is occuring at the end of the cutscene, where I want the "remembered" items to be re-equipped. The unequipping part at the start of the cutscene works fine.

 

There seem to be various scripts to do with equip/unequip and marking items. Which two should I be using? I want all party helms and weapons to be removed for a cutscene and then re-equipped at it's conclusion.

Something I came across lately:

// nType is: 0 - weapon, 1 - helm, 2 - both
int SetWeaponVisibility( object oObject, int nVisibile, int nType=0 );

haven't tried it yet, but given problems with equipping and unequipping gear (when player may have BonusSpellSlots or Ability bonuses as itemproperties that can muck things up for a/the player), this looks like the way to go.

Visibility toggle sounds good to me. Hopefully no more party members sticking equipped weapons through their heads in animation. Thanks for the assistance, I'll let you know how it goes.
