It's a VERY rare situation when you see a Kroguard using Carnage. It's great for causing Fire Explosions or priming for one, but is it really that useful? Are you one of the rare ones that actually put some points into it? What kind of other power would you have preferred to fill the spot of Carnage that would actually convince you to actually spec into it?
Do you utilize Carnage on your Krogan Battlemaster Vanguard? At all?

A power that I would use other than Charge and Barrier? Inferno Grenades! Three fire explosions for the price of one Charge. Life couldn't be better. 
Seriously, what else could match Charge-Melee?

Carnage might be fun on an SP Vanguard. I think RedCaesar did that in fact.
