Hello, i have read several articles over the last couple of days, and they seem to give the impression that once we have finished the story we will be able to wander around the world completing side quests, slaying dragons if we missed them, is there any confirmation on this?
I haven't heard of that, but it would be nice.

yep, finally a chance to wander the world again instead of being confined to the camp or hawkes estate post main quest
It is confimed, in what capacity is unknown, but the devs have stated some areas are so tough that you'll probably not be able to beat them until post game, so I imagine you'll be able to travel around the map as normal. Just my two cents.
