Just answer the following based on your ME3 experience:

1. Most favorite enemy faction

2. Least favorite enemy faction

3. Most favorite enemy unit

4. Least favorite enemy unit

5. Poorly designed enemy unit

6. Enemy pairing you dread the most (phantom & goon, prime & banshee, engineers & banshee, etc)

7. With a minor tweak or two, this would've been an awesome enemy unit

8. Your go-to faction for soloing

1.  Collectors.  Most fun by far.

2. Geth.  Boring combat style, lack of unit variety.

3. Nemesis.  She's pretty useless on her own, but I cannot count the number of times her shield-breaking attack has left me vulnerable to enemy fire.  Plus, kinda adorable.

4. Cannibals.  Completely worthless bullet sponges.

5. Guardians.  Who doesn't carry cover penetrating weapons?  They're nothing more than free headshots for a mildly competent player.

6. Possesed Scion - Possessed Collector Captain.  Damned no matter what you do or where you go.

7.  Hmm, not sure.  Phantoms are an obvious answer...maybe Banshees?  Having sync-kills as your primary mode of attack is something that should've been discarded.  If she used her scream and biotic balls more, that might've made her a more interesting enemy.  Or just more annoying, not sure.

8.  Collectors.  Easy headshots for days.

1. Reapers
2. Collectors/Cerberus
3. Brute... Dat Ass!
4. Geth Combat Drone
5. Phantom
6. Prime and Banshee
7. Phantom. I would remove her on-host DR.
8. U/U/G or P. That's how I roll.

1. Reapers probably. Just get so much satisfaction out of dunking Ravagers from either far away or up close. Banshees can die in a fire though.

2. Collectors. I hate...HATE...*HATE* Scions. They deserve every type of cheap thing you can do to them in this game.

3. Tie between Ravager and Phantom regarding how awesome it feels to kill one.

4. Scion. HATE.

5. Geth Bombers when they spam the shock move and you're trying to reload but the stupid thing won't let you. Even better when you're trapped and trying to sprint but the zap stops you.

6. Scion and Geth Prime.

7. Guardians being more of a threat. As they are now, they're basically free points.

8. Tie between Reapers and Cerberus. Depends on the objectives though. If 4-devices, then would prefer Cerberus *IF* Dragoons aren't in play during the wave. If hack, Cerberus. Hate when banshees get all up in your face for them. Pizza doesn't matter and killing target doesn't matter.

My opinion is very similar to OP's.

1. Collectors

2. Geth

3. Possessed Praetorian

Nothing is as satisfying as knocking one and watching it roll back. Phantoms are second.

Crabs are delicious. The bigger, the more so. Especially when skewered by Javelins.

4. Geth Prime

I can live with the pets, really. But the Siege Pulses on these things have more range than anything and they go through walls.

I don't like being staggered because I don't enjoy not being able to do anything.

5. Dragoon

Ruined the whole Cerberus Faction, who used to be cerebral. Now they just rush like mindless Husks.

6. Possessed Scion + Geth Prime

AOE denial attack + heavy duty sniping. All with unavoidable staggers.

7. Nemesis

They should look less anorexic. Seriously WTF are you doing TIM.

8. If sniping: Cerberus. If not sniping: Reapers.

Cerberus are the most vulnerable to sniping but Reapers are dumber.

Note: I don't solo for fun.

1. Cerberus always my fave. Tough, and rewarding.
2. Collectors - I hate running around the map continuously and Scions shooting from everywhere. And PS3!
3. Phantom - Very rewarding when you take them out quickly
4. Geth Bombers - So dull, but responsible for so many hack circle wipes.
5. Lots of candidates for poor design. Atlas where SS doesn't work, Phantom sync kill, I'll go with Hunter stun lock!
6. Two or more phantoms where you can only see one before you BC or SS - Instakill!
7. Rocket troopers firing from their backs or before they see you - needs more of a delay before they fire.
8. Geth for soloing.  Bronze & Silver with a Sniper, Gold with a KroGuard, and Never soloed Plat yet.

1. Reapers, most relaxing faction. Collectors for some fun

2. Cerberus on host. Off host geth

3. Cannibals, always makes me laugh when they run past me to eat their comrades. Also they look cute rather than frightening

4. Phantoms simply for the on host bug. Off host, captains who manage to close in with their insane RoF

5. Rocket troopers (triple shot rockets is really wtf)

6. 3+ primes or 4+ phantoms. A wave on Jade with 3+ primes AND 4+ phantoms would be lol

7. Husks/Abominations. If they immediately humped you rather than swipe at you, i would see more players dying while stuck in animation

8. Reapers. Its actually enjoyable to run within a hack circle with banshees and brutes following you. London/Gold/Reapers central hack is actually enjoyable this way. Only when the ranged units like ravagers show up do i have to exit the circle. Also their low number of rapid shooter units makes them easy.

1. Most favorite enemy faction: Reapers, just a bit above the rest.

2. Least favorite enemy faction: Cerberus, just a bit below the rest.

3. Most favorite enemy unit: Brutes. Here kitty kitty.

4. Least favorite enemy unit: Geth Pyro. Sneaky bastards. Dragoons are up there.

5. Poorly designed enemy unit: Dragoons.

6. Enemy pairing you dread the most (phantom & goon, prime & banshee, engineers & banshee, etc): Engineers and Banshee, because fighting a Banshee with low-level guns requires a bit of moving around and it's hard to move around when there's a turret in the next corner.

7. With a minor tweak or two, this would've been an awesome enemy unit: Husks.

8. Your go-to faction for soloing: Reapers. Sure, they have syncs and Marauders, but at the same time, they are the most predictable faction, they don't have butt lasers, or Turrets, or invisible units.

Have you never had the joy of being grabbed and sync killed by a slightly glowing part of the air near you? That's the invisible banshee.

And even so, she doesn't need to be invisible when she can teleport across the map and through walls.

(Today on Dagger, a banshee teleported from the spawn area on the lower platform straight into array control in one hop, finishing up right next to me. I don't mind telling you that I jumped, and there may have been bad language too. True story.)

Never had to deal with that on PC, at least not when I was hosting. The worst I've had to deal with was a Husk Humpfest during devices.

1. Most favorite enemy faction - Collectors

2. Least favorite enemy faction - Cerberus

3. Most favorite enemy unit - Possessed ABomb (muwuahhahahah)

4. Least favorite enemy unit - Nemesis

5. Poorly designed enemy unit - Banshee (teleporting synch-kill = meh)

6. Enemy pairing you dread the most - Phantom / Atlas (rocket)

7. With a minor tweak or two, this would've been an awesome enemy unit - Banshee, something less lame than teleporting synch-kill ;)

8. Your go-to faction for soloing - I don't, completed the gold mastery challenges against Geth just to chalk it off. Other than that, the only solos I do are bronze/silver to chalk off over-cover grabs or Guardian kills challenges.

I may have to change my phantom answer. I only host matches about 10-15% of the time and when I do I usually play a vanguard: slayer, Drell or Phoneix so the whole "on host phantoms" thing really isn't much of an issue because they all crush phantoms. Well I played on host with a cabal and it was super annoying. Phantoms shouldn't be able to take as much punishment as an atlas, and be as hard to hit as a nemisis. One or the other Bioware.

Rant, such as it is, ends here.

1. Most favorite enemy faction REAPERS
2. Least favorite enemy faction COLLECTORS
3. Most favorite enemy unit BANSHEES
4. Least favorite enemy unit PREATORIANS
5. Poorly designed enemy unit SEEKER SWARMS
6. Enemy pairing you dread the most SEEKER SWARMS + ANYTHING THAT CAN SHOOT ME WHILE I HAVE NO POWERS
7. With a minor tweak or two, this would've been an awesome enemy unit REMOVE SEEKER SWARMS & COLLECTORS WOULD BE OK
8. Your go-to faction for soloing GETH

I ****ING DESPISE COLLECTORS!!! Seeker Swarms were the worst idea ever. Seeker Plagues are totally ****ing ridiculous. And why are there so many of them? 1 or 2 wasn't enough? They're constant, one after the other, no end to the damned things. I waste more time avoiding swarms than I do actually fighting the Collectors.

The answers depend on which difficulty that im playing but on platinum difficulty

  1. Collectors
  2. Geth
  3. Crabs (Preatorians)
  4. Prime drones and turrets
  5. Prime drones and turrets (being able to shoot thru walls or after destroyed leaving a wall you cant shoot thru) / Geth Bombers (not taking dmg from some powers like overload)
  6. Prime drone with Banshee/Phantom or Geth Hunter with Geth Bomber or Phantom with Rocket Trooper (pretty much any geth in combination with a boss is bad news)
  7. Primes without the drones or turrets
  8. Cerberus (like collectors more but play on ps3 and the frame issues or freezing is too annoying)

1. Reapers normally, Geth if I'm Krogan

2. Collectors

3. Cannibals, they're so stupid

4. Geth Bombers

5. Banshees, due to magnet hands

6. Marauder+Brute/Ravager when I'm a squishy class

7. Dragoons with health instead of armor

8. Geth due to no sync kills (I haven't plat solo'd. If I did it would probably be Reapers, though)

1. Most favorite enemy faction - Reapers

2. Least favorite enemy faction - Collectors (Doesn't mean I hate them, it's just those damn Praetorians)

3. Most favorite enemy unit - Brute (Side stepping their charge attack I feel like I'm egging a bull on)

4. Least favorite enemy unit - Geth Bomber Drone thing, it has way too much endurance for its size and dodges way too easily

5. Poorly designed enemy unit - Guardian (Should have gone with an omni shield then they wouldn't have had the mailslot directly in front of their head)

6. Enemy pairing you dread the most (phantom & goon, prime & banshee, engineers & banshee, etc) - Pyro & Hunter, stunlock and 500 foot long flamer

7. With a minor tweak or two, this would've been an awesome enemy unit - Nemesis, she doesn't have any defensive attack if you get too close to her, would at least be more of a challenge if they dropped a smoke bomb when trying to flee

8. Your go-to faction for soloing - Reapers
