I really like those flaming weapons. Especially the staff and a dagger.

The bog unicorn is amusing, but I can't see myself ever using it. The Halla doesn't look like a Halla.
The armour looks decent, though the Inquisitor helmet doesn't go with it especially.

My always horrendous brain went somewhere phallic when it saw that Throne. Now I can't unsee my horrible thoughts.

I like the Halla though, and I will only use that Bog Unicorn if I can charge at people with the sword in it's head.

Yeah I'm giving that throne to the mabari kennels . They'll enjoy chewing on it more than I will enjoy sitting on it.

I like the armoured horse and the armour...but not a fan of the helmet, looks good but imo the cheek guards are too big, could be to protect the neck i guess.
i like the staff and the swords, though if 1 is a longsword and 1 a 2h sword, they look the same size. not loving the shield...i'm hoping for some "classic" shaped shields like in DAO, not a fan of the rectangular shields in DA2.

I'm not overly whelmed by this :/ I was hoping for some new pets as a dlc, the Halla is alright I suppose but I guess I will stick with the normal edition

I am unsure about the throne and will have to wait and see how it goes with the rest of my decor.
I love everything else, especially the Bog Unicorn. Brilliant!

Dragon Skull Throne isn't really what one would consider "hero material."
I'm sure Nevarran Dragon Hunters disagree with you.

I like the Halla but everything else is... hideous.
I really hope there is the option to permanantly delete those items from my game. Particuarly the unicorn.
If It's permanantly in my base creeping me out and waiting for me to never use it... I'd be very tempted to buy the standard edition. I don't want that thing anywhere near me.

The throne reminds me of: some weird tentacle hentai chair.

I like it all and happy I made a pre-order.
Normally Halla would look out of place but sins our elven Inquisitor is Dalish - it fits perfectly. Now, what can we get for dwarves here?

The pre-order Flames of the Inquisition stuff as a whole is way too ridiculous for me to consider. Well, that's mostly concerning the weapons. The armored horse looks fine, but that only really fits well for a warrior and not at all for my main Dalish rogue. I presume the two swords are supposed to be a one-handed one and a two-handed one despite being shown as being the same length? I guess the sword that isn't crazy ripped and the shield mighty be used by my warrior Inquisitor (=third character). And while I'm not a fan of the armor, it could be much worse, so depending on what else is available that too could be part of my warrior's arsenal.
Regarding the deluxe edition stuff: The red hart halla obviously fits my Dalish rogue to a T, but I guess there ought to be normal halla to choose for him in the base game anyway. The bog unicorn is only appropriate if my mage Inquisitor (=second character) ends up being a necromancer, and even then I'm sceptical whether I'd use it, as it is something your environment needs to react to, but I very much doubt anyone will. The dragon skull throne is very menacing, barbarian and/or evil looking; not quite what I'm looking for in my main Inquisitor, but it might end up fitting one of the other two.

Maybe its just the screenshots of the digital deluxe (not as 'gritty' as the preorder) but they woudn't look out of place in a nintendo game. The Halla especially.
I was considering getting the DDE even if its only available through Origin, but after this... I think I'll stick to the preorder bonuses. That armoured horse ![]()

That Halla is giving me an Appa vibe. It just became 100+ more awesome.

Personally, I'm getting the DLC just so I can have the Halla, the armored horse, and the Armor.

That throne is mine by right! All who deny that are my foes!
Also, I like the Halla...and my necromance is riding that Unicorn for sure.

Yes! You understand the power of a throne let alone one made from the bones of my enemy

I'm sure Nevarran Dragon Hunters disagree with you.
Speaking of Nevarra. These items are starting to make me wonder if the human inquisitor will be of Nevarran origin.
I mean, first the helmet and now the shield that looks like a dragon wing. Then there is also the throne or dragonbone.
I really hope that is the case.

I agree OP that when you see the Iron Throne from the series you might think, "yeah that's cool but it's no Dragon Skull Throne." However when you see the one GRRM imagined in the books...
...I'm still thinking it has a ways to go to beat that magnificent monstrosity.
However considering we don't have that as a choice, a Dragon Skull throne will more than suffice.

You see the Iron Throne from the series and think, "yeah that's cool but it's no Dragon Skull Throne" but when you see the one from the books:
Yeah...not much of a contest. Plus it was forged with dragonfire too.
Id rather have a dragons skull to be honest. Not necessarily the one shown, but yea i prefer the implications a dragons skull carries, over what a thousand swords carries.

BWAHAHAHAHAHA. I would never be able to take my Inquisitor seriously if s/he was perched on the dead dinosaur. Just... no. The flaming weapons don't do much for me either honestly. The unicorn is funny but I wouldn't actually ride that pony. The halla is kinda cool looking. The horse armor is gimmicky and the armor is nothing special. I've never pre-ordered anything and I'm not really seeing anything here that makes me change my mind.

Perhaps there will be different thrones to unlock or even craft. Seeing as their seems to be some customisation when it comes to the kind of throne you want and your stronghold as a whole.
You may get different dragon thrones depending on dragons you've slain. Or at least their skulls on the walls of your throne room as trophies, like in Awakening.
