My cousin has gone insane and wants to buy a 3000$ PC. If he would settle for a 2000$ kind I would be content but he wants the latest hardwares like (Nvidia GTX 780ti) which are overpriced!
So, tell me which games are the exclusives of PS4 and XBone, so maybe I can persuade him to get one instead.
I'd tell him about good emulators instead and let him waste his money.

I wasn't aware there was a PS4 or XB1 emulator yet. I'm still trying to find a bloody 3DS emulator.

Don't know if there are already emulators for PS4/XBone, but you can be damn sure the moment those consoles get good games, emulators will pop up like weeds in summer.
Wouldn't advise to get a GTX 780Ti though (regarding the "latest hardware"). A R9 290X is only negligibly less powerful (or outright better in some games) and at least here in Germany, costs 180€ less than a comparable GTX 780Ti model.

For TBS, there will be Civilization: Space(?) and Galactic Civilization III. Great games they will be, but that's the end of the line for Strategy gamers!

Civilization: Space sounds good; I still hope they will do a new Alpha Centauri one day, with all the cool futuristic science the original had. I seriously quoted the head of science faction during one of my finals, when I was still an undergraduate student. Good times
So far of the new IP's I want to play, it's Splatoon. It looks silly and fun to play but at the same time it appears to have a good amount of strategy involved since the focus is more on zone coverage rather than just killing the other guys.
I was just looking at the Zelda teaser again. Could this Link be a girl? I know Link has always been a bit androgynous, but with that hairstyle... seems a slight more possibility, I dunno. Would be cool.

Not having Link would really change things up for the Fanbase, would also expand the lore as well.... or at the very least make it easier for people trying to put every Zelda game into a single timeline.

Its odd that it was this game and not open world zelda that's convinced me to get a Wii U. But its true. 
Heh, I did joke a little about it earlier but to me, something like this is way more deserving of the whole 'its gonna change the way we play shooters' thing that Titanfall accrued. But what do I know?
And yup, I'm down for Links absence. It'd help mix the formula up beyond what they've already done.

No. He's more of a shooter-racing-sport gamer. He might find Dark Souls 2 too hard to play. Around 10 years ago he had Xbox 1 and had played the original Halo and like it. And he likes strategy games that belong to PC and are troublesome here.
Any interesting action game?
If he enjoyed the original Halo, tell him about the Master Chief Collection.
Halo's 1 and 2 remastered(also w classic), Halo 3, Halo 4, all multiplayer maps ever released for those games, original exploits and tricks still possible, etc etc on one disc for $60, only on Xbox One.

I wonder why Microsoft doesn't release Halo for the PC. I get the console promotion/exclusivity idea well enough, but to me it's just looking like a giant money cow that's bursting with Dollar milk and really, really wants to get milked.
Hell, even I'd grab a Halo for PC just to see what all the fuzz around this franchise is about and chance is I may like it and buy more titles if they brought it out for PC.
They are already making remakes/remastered versions of the titles, so why not go the whole way and port those versions to PC. After all, exclusivity is maintained for as long as the games don't come out on the PS4, correct? PC is more or less a Microsoft exclusive market too after all, so there's nothing to lose and much to gain.
Hell, why Microsoft doesn't go the extra yards and developes an XBox'ish OS you can install on your PC through which you can play XBox games if you plug an XBox controller to your PC is a question I've asked myself for years already. Sales from the OS and the games AND the peripherals. It's a goldmine!

Customizable Assassins, except for the part where they aren't. 4 distinct characters and all of them are generic white dudes. I've seen how Ubisoft's hyped games tend to end up and I'm not interested here either.
